They did a great job getting my Nissan in and fixing it as soon as they could. They kept sending texts to let me know how progress was going while they were fixing it the whole time. I had to take my car back the first time I dropped it off because I had to get a new driver's license for a rental, and they let me take it and bring it back later that day with no issue at all. I would definitely recommend them.

I had deleted my feedback by mistake but I felt it was extremely important to share my experience. I went in and the shop was booking out, however Sabrina realized my truck was DOT work truck and since i had a mirror issue she said she would get me in that same week so I didn't risk getting fined or ticket for DOT compliance issues. I was amazed she even knew the headache I could experience with DOT if they found my mirror to be a problem but even more so I was impressed with her care and concern which is rare with places these days. The promptness, friendly attitutde and great service earned a lifetime customer (although i hope to not need body repairs often)

The customer service from the lady Sabrina I received was phenomenal. She explained more information to me than my own insurance while I was waiting for my estimate. She told me she could make a reservation for me, communicate questions from insurance on my behalf and she made this entire bad situation more comfortable for me so I could get back some normalcy in my life. The estimator gentleman Michael was just as great, he explained the repairs necessary and even prepared me that other damages might be possible rather than telling me what I might of wanted to hear he explained the process very professional and in depth. This operation does good work, right the first time and on time. They repaired our Honda Fit and was done one day ahead of schedule. I'm taking a old Jeep in for an estimate to fix repairs needed from the previous owner, because I know and trust them to provide a realistic estimate and actually do the work right without any issues. I can't remember the last time I was able to say that about other operations in the auto collision and glass business. Good job Gerber.
