I am very pleased with the great service I received. Zac and Ally are very professional and helpful. Tim Shreve and Jeff Shreve did a great job in fixing my truck and Joe Tirotta certified that they were completed. My green 1999, F150 means a lot to me. Thanks to all of you. Have a good day.

FROM THE TIME THE CRV WAS TAKEN TO YOUR SHOP I FELT CONFIDENCE THAT IT WAS IN GOOD HANDS. I ONLY GOT THE CAR IN JUNE SO WAS BROKEN HEARTED AND VERY SCARED. I RECEIVED REGULAR CALLS THAT THINGS WERE PROCEDING AS PLANNED AND PICKED UP MY BEAUTIFUL CAR THE DAY AFTER THE ESTIMATE WAS MADE. THANK YOU.

This operation does good work, right the first time and on time. They repaired our Honda Fit and was done one day ahead of schedule. I'm taking a old Jeep in for an estimate to fix repairs needed from the previous owner, because I know and trust them to provide a realistic estimate and actually do the work right without any issues. I can't remember the last time I was able to say that about other operations in the auto collision and glass business. Good job Gerber. You will have my business as long as you continue to do business like this.

Although hitting a deer is not a good experience, I so much appreciate everything you did for us to get everything repaired.

The end result was excellent. Thanks to the GM for double checking the work and making sure that it up to his standards before my vehicle left the shop. The GM stated that paint job needed to redone and kept for an extra day.

I had a wonderful experience! Sabrina from the office awesome! she kept me updated. And the car was done 3 days early. When I went to pick it up, there was a slight miscommunication between her and the body shop, and it was not quite ready. I had to get back to work, so she had someone take me to work, and then bring the car to me when I got off! Above and beyone! Thank you so much~

We are very satisfied with the communication we received from Gerber through the course of making the repair, and the quality and timeliness of the repair itself. The lifetime guarantee is also a very reassuring aspect of the service provided by Gerber.

Very happy with work & detailing. Took a little longer than I thought but the way the truck looks it was worth the wait!

Received excellent customer service. Specifically Joshua R. treated me with such kindness and truly went above and beyond. From the moment I walked in I was treated he was concerned about my well-being and did everything he could to make this difficult time easier. I could see how busy he was and I never felt rushed at all. Josh restores my faith in customer service and is just a super nice person.
