I brought my car in recently for warrantee work and the service I received was excellent. Darrin M. carefully examined my car and explained everything needed very thoroughly. He was able to provide me with an accurate timeline for the repairs, and the office manager did a great job of keeping me informed of when the car would be nearing completion. On my arrival, the repair technician reviewed the repairs with me so that I was aware of what was done, and why. I did not get the office manager's or technician's name, but I want to thank them also, as they provided great service. Thanks much!

Excellent experience! Staff was very friendly and informative and everything happened so easily. I was provided with a rental car while waiting a few days for the repair and didn't have to worry about anything. So glad I chose this place because of the friendly customer service & excellent repair work done for me. I will definitely be recommending to others!! :)

Couldn't be happier with the end result and the customer service! I was notified multiple times each week by text on status updates as well as by phone. Gerber does beautiful work on cars and takes extra care to do things the right way. They try hard to get it done efficiently and in a timely manner. We also appreciated the loaner car they arranged for us.
