I live in Elgin and recently had a car accident, so after the accident I had to find a body shop to fix my car. Since I have never had to have body work done on my car I didn't know where to turn. So after checking out places on-line I took my car into Gerber and they examied my car and told me what my car needed in repairs and brought my car in on a Tuesday and it was repaired by Wednesday afternoon. Thank you to everyone at the Elgin, Il Gerber for the great service and fixing my car.

Gerber did a great job on refinishing and repainting side of our car due to white road paint damage. Service from girls at the front desk was very satisfying and pleasant. I was shown the warranty before the job started as I asked for. Job done in timely manner with ample updates. I highly rate Gerber at Elgin, IL.

My car was ready about 1/2 hour after I took it in. The undercarriage flaps were snapped into place with only 15 minutes of labor charge. The personnel, Jennifer, was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would certainly come again for any car repair.
