Jennifer, I just wanted to say thanks to you and the team over there at Gerber for the work you guys did on my POS (its a hyundai, but its paid off so it makes it better, and faster...) and for getting me back on the road on 2 Aug. Had to be back here in MD on the 3rd so everything worked out great. I have put another 1000 miles on it since I got it back from you guys and everything seems to be in working order. Thanks again, and maybe ill drop off a case of beer next time I'm around the Elgin area.

Thia is actually the second time I have utillized the services of the great individuals at this shop. The first time was two years ago, when I received an inflated estimate at another shop. I came to Gerber and was given an estimate of one third the cost of the original. And the work was great! Last week I came in for what I believed to be a part replacement. The wonderful people at Gerber decided that it was a repair, not a replacement. They immediately conducted the repair and then declined to charge me for it! During this process I was offered coffee and made comfortable. They have a customer for life!

brought car in after we in accident for rear fender repair. estimate was given and work would take 2-3 days. to our surprise it was done in one day and estimate was lower then originally given. they did a beautiful job and the people were friendly.

We just pulled in one afternoon to an estimate and Jennifer came out very promptly, professionaly made the estimate, listened to our story good naturedly with a smile. After making arrangements to get the work done she greeted me at drop of and was there at pick up. She's a keeper. Having a dependable, friendly, professional gal like her on staff is a definite plus for all. And my car looks fabulous so kudo's all around, shop folks, receptionist, it was all good.

Jennifer and the lady at the front desk were wonderful, they arranged for the rental car and called the rental car company to come and get me. Very professional and customer service oreintated. Car was repairedin the amount of time they said it was going to be. They went over the care tips with me and asked if I had any questions. When I picked up the car it was perfect, tires detailed, car washed, and the insided vacuumed. I will definately recommend the Elgin location to everyone I know
