Gerber Collision and Glass did a great job on the repair of my Kia Optima! During the initial repair estimate, Drew was very thorough and knowledgeable. He found some needed repairs that I did not even notice, and clearly explained these to me. Drew also had a great sense of humor. After the repairs were approved by my insurance company, the insurance company was very slow to approve a couple of supplemental repairs that were needed. The slowness was the fault of the insurance company, not Gerber Collision and Glass. I spoke with Adam, at Gerber, who kept me posted as the supplemental repairs were approved. Adam was there as I picked up my car. All repairs were done in a reasonable amount of time, & correctly. My service tech, Amy L. even delayed delivery 2 days because the replacement parts did not fit up to her standards. Amy is truly an asset to your organization. She emailed & called me twice a week throughout the entire process, so I always was up to speed . Amy is wonderful. & deserves recognition for her conscientious efforts. Thank you so much Amy!

Properly executed repairs at a competitive price. Friendly, cooperative, and collaborative staff. My van was rear-ended by another party and totaled by their insurance company. The Gerber staff worked with me to minimize the out-of-pocket expense to me to repair the vehicle, including re-use of parts that an insurance company would have insisted be replaced. [Ex. Tail lights not damaged in the accident, but scuffed from 16 years of being on the road.]. The only minor hick-up was that it took two weeks to complete a repair that would have been four days if the work was being paid for by one of Gerber's preferred insurance company partners. I.e. My vehicle was used for filler work in between the insurance jobs. But this was an expected trade-off and worth all the other positives in working with this Gerber location.

Can't say enough good things about the service and work done. Had golf ball size hail damage (about 80 dents) in the car and when they were done, one cannot find any damage on the car. It's as if the incident never occurred. Excellent customer service, follow up and craftsmanship. Just blown away at how great the entire experience was.

Last week I hit an orange barrel....those suckers are HEAVY! I went to Gerber Collision and Glass because my daughter had an accident a couple of years ago and they did a great job fixing her car. I was sure that my front bumper and fender would need to be replaced. Tony took a look at my car and said "Let me try some rubbing compound first before we decide if we have to replace anything." After 15 minutes of very hard work, Tony had my car looking like new again. I didn't have to take off work or leave my car for a day. And when I asked what my cost was, the answer was Nothing - we don't charge for that. They made my day. I have never had such a positive experience when something is wrong with my car. I recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to everyone!
