I can't say enough good things about this body shop! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. They had my car finished well before the estimated completion date, which was such a pleasant surprise. I was kept in the loop every step of the way with timely updates, which really gave me peace of mind throughout the process. On top of the excellent repair work, they went above and beyond by cleaning the interior of my car-something I wasn't expecting at all. Huge shoutout to Matt for his outstanding service-he was professional, communicative, and just all-around great to work with. Highly recommend this shop to anyone needing body work done. Fast, thorough, and truly customer-focused!

The team at Gerber Collision did an excellent job in repairing my vehicle. They were very responsive, kept me up to date on every step. My vehicle looks beautiful, the repaired are looks brand new. Paint match is perfect. The rental car process was simple and painless. They had the rental car delivered, then handled the return to shorten the time I spent at their shop.

Jim and the staff at Gerber were fantastic to work with throughout the unfortunate lengthy process due to the insurance company and their internal staffing issues, regardless Gerber kept me informed throughout the process. The vehicle needed painted on the front end and I was told before repairs it may not match 100% due to the in factory 3 coat process. I'm overall satisfied with the service.

I had an accident while I wasn't in my car, but when i was asked where to go, I selected Gerber Collision and Glass because of mainly the reviews. Well let me tell you that those reviews were accurate. I'm writing one right now! The work that was done and accuracy is impeccable. Even my hood that had weird spots were perfect like it never had and issues, they put my front bumper on and new headlight on so perfectly I couldn't even tell it was even hit any more. The ones who worked on my car I salute with gratitude and sincerity due to what they put in to get my car looking as good as it is. I really noticed it two days ago when I finally got my car washed. I couldn't be more thankful for the work that was put in.

This is the second time that we have used Gerber Collision and again, we were very pleased with the service. The office staff is very professional and welcoming. Brandon did his best to explain what needed to be done and to keep us informed of the progress of our repairs. And we got the car back one day before we expected it. I would recomment this facility to anyone who needs body work on their car.
