Very quick and thorough service! Excellent communication and attention to detail from every team member. The process is incredibly convenient, especially with their direct connection to the insurance company and car rental agent. Just drop off, pick up, and go! Highly recommend!

I got rear ended and my bumper was falling off. They gave me an accurate time estimate and when things were delayed they let me know and my car looks brand new!! Nick was especially helpful. He was patient in explaining things when I was confused and made sure I was happy when I left!

The team at Gerber collision was very professional and gave me updates throughout the process. I spoke to Sue the day my car was being towed to Gerber and she called me to let me know my vehicle had arrived. Thank you for the great service!

I recently had two cars repaired here. Other than a door handle being improperly installed on my daughter's car after the repair, both cars were done extremely well. They took care of the door handle at our convenience, without hesitation. We are very pleased with the quality of work, and the personal interaction we had with all four of the employees with whom we did business.
