If I could give them a 10/5 stars I would. They made the process of getting my truck fixed simple and quick. Customer service and updates on the vehicle were fantastic and daily. When I picked my truck up it look like nothing ever happened to it. I was also pleasantly surprised when I got inside my truck and realized they detained the inside for me and also gave it a car wash. Would 110% recommend them.

I cannot recommend Gerber highly enough. I was in an accident at which the other driver was at fault. Gerber was outstanding in every way -- working with insurance, coordinating with the rental car company (for pick up/drop off), communication, timeliness, and quality of work. Bob was excellent at keeping me updated, ensuring the work was done to the highest standard (fighting with the insurance company, when necessary, to ensure the work was thorough and complete). I hope I'm not in a collision again, but if I am, I'd go back to Gerber.

I took my car in for repair after a car backed into me in giant eagle parking lot. They did such a wonderful job repairing my car! It came back so clean. The employees there are outstanding. Brooke was so helpful and kept me informed through the whole process. Mary was very kind and treated me so nice . I can't say anything bad. It was a wonderful experience.!
