Was very pleased with the service I received from the Fairfield location from the time I called the office. Upon arrival they go over the process, walk out and look over the vehicle then will again complete the process of how repair will go. During the time they have your vehicle you'll get updates as to what has been done , time frame of completion and cost.

Our car fender needed repaired. We called a friend and he suggested Gerber. We were unaware of this business but because of the positive recommendation, we called. A very kind person [ Virginia], stated, come by and we will take a look. Kyle greeted us and stated how he would resolve the issue. The work was quality and we appreciated his kindness and his excellent work. We highly recommend this service and if need be, we will definitely return. Thank you Kyle!

Our experience was absolutely amazing! They did such a great job removing the dent from my Volkswagen Golf GTI door that you can't even tell that anything happened. Also the service was completed in three days which was ahead of schedule. Everyone at this location is so nice and helpful. They even cleaned my car free of charge inside and out. It was better than some expensive details I've paid for over the years. I highly recommend getting your repairs done here!

Not all the parts had been ordered when I dropped off my truck, but they found twice as much to repair as the photo-based estimate projected. So it took a little longer than originally planned but it looks great now and everything works like it used to. The claim process was painless and my company worked great with this shop. Thanks to everyone there and Jim for the frequent updates.
