I cannot thank Gerber enough for the repair work they did last week on my 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe. I was amazed how fast they completed all the repairs. They kept me informed along the way and made sure I understood everything that needed to be done. Jessica was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I picked up my car on Saturday morning. The man working at the counter either was new or doesn't normally work that position. He too was very friendly and even though he had trouble running my card, called whoever necessary to help him take care of it quickly so I could be on my way to the Buckeye game. My car looks brand new and I am very happy with it. Gerber even waxed the tires! Thank you to all the staff at Gerber.

While no one wants to have a vehicle repaired due to collision (with a deer), this experience was not unpleasant. We did not have a rental car and were only without our vehicle 24 hours +/-. The employees were pleasant and efficient. We have another vehicle that has some body damage that needs addressed. Based on this experience, we will be bringing the second vehicle in for work to this particular Gerber Collision location. Thank you.

I had the experience to work with Drew. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate and he was on time and provided a few options for repair. The vehicle is a 1999 and he cautioned me that parts availablity may be a concern. Upon the repair process, he updated me on a potential snag. The dealerships that indicated that they had parts were unable to locate them. Drew called and explained. He also offered for me to look at other options. Gerber was unable to repair my vehicle. I was disappointed yet pleased with the service. I was refunded my deposit and was treated well by the associates at Gerber's.
