They took great care of my vehicle, and got it back to me earlier then originally expected. A week after I picked up the vehicle I noticed something on the repair work that I may have caused, and they gladly took the vehicle back, and did a touch up free of charge

We have had windshield repair and body work done here (replacement spoilers installed) and have gotten advice on how to proceed with dents and dings. VIto and others are always helpful, courteous and fair and their prices are competitive. The facility has a nice waiting area, including work cubicles so you can get work done while you wait.

My experience was great from beginning to end. I don't know the names of the girls up front. I know they told me, but I forgot. They were both so personable, polite, and helpful. McKinley was absolutely a joy with which to work. He was professional, courteous, and kind. He did his absolute best to get my truck out of there in a timely manner. In addition to all of this, and probably most importantly, the work was top notch. You can't tell that I had repair work done on my almost brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. I hope I never need it again, but if I do, I will get all future body repairs done at Gerber.

Work done to vehicles was exceptional. Could have used a plastic cover for floor and seats as they needed to be cleaned a bit from body shop technician. McKinley B. went over the top with his patience, and professional work ethic. All customer service individuals could learn a thing or two from him, and Wendy the receptionist as well!!!

Your production manager, Rick E., helped me out today and did a great job! My car had recently been repaired at Gerber but I later noticed that the headlights weren't working (or so I thought). I asked if I could bring it in and he saw me right away. After a quick inspection, he showed me that the lights were in fact working, but I was using my brights stick incorrectly. (It's been a long time since I've driven at night and I guess I just didn't know how my own car works.) He somehow managed to not make fun of my ignorance, but I hope he gets a good laugh with the guys about it later. Thank you!

Getting a repair done after an accident is never convenient but Gerber made it as convenient as possible. Everyone was so friendly and made the process a little less painful. McKinley did a great job keeping me in the loop during my repair and made sure everything got completed on time. My car looks fantastic. All of my expectations were exceeded.
