These guys are awesome! They made it a breeze to get an estimate, hop in a rental car, and they had my car ready within the estimated window. They did a terrific job on the body work, and were thorough with all details regarding the repairs and service. Don't hesitate to go see Gerber on Ogden, they will be my 'go-to' in the future.

My experience with Gerber personnel, start to finish, was outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was very professional, friendly, and amazingly sincerely customer-focused. USAA, Gerber, and Enterprise have a well-oiled process in place that makes everything so smooth and effortless for the customer. The repairs were top notch, of course, as well. Finding this kind of focus on customer satisfaction is, sadly, not the norm these days. But it is at Gerber (and USAA and Enterprise)! Special kudos to Tim and Josh....well done, gentlemen!!

I had previously used the services of Gerber. Once more I was very satisfied with the service and the workmanship. The explanation of the estimate for the job was so thorough and detailed that, once completed, the only question I had was “When can you start?” The staff took the car immediately and had it ready in just two days, as promised. Small collision repair and paid out of pocket. Gerber is the place! Didn't bother to get an other estimates they are so customer orientated . Greater repair , service tech informed me of online coupon repair completed ahead of scheduled due date. Look great Only place to go in western suburbs -hope I don't go there too often but nice to know where you should go if accidents happen Jeff and all the staff are really professional
