After someone hit my car and left a large dent and chipped my paint in my back passenger side door, it left me feeling more than anxious. My insurance directed me to Gerber , setting up an appointment was easy and quick (came in the day after reporting it) , the estimate was thorough and they walked me through each step and cost (especially since this was the first time doing anything like this) they put my mind at ease. I brought my car in a few days later to drop it off for body work. They drove me to enterprise for my rental car (which they helped set up) and five days later I dropped off the rental right there at Gerber, paid and picked up my car better than new. Thanks so much!

The folks at the Gerber Collision in Downers Grove did an outstanding job with our car. The work turned out great to the point that you can't even tell the car was damanged. And, it was done when they said it would be done. On top of that, they took good care of us by walking us through their plans for the job and answering every question we had, making sure that everyone was on the same page. Their customer service was the model for what good customer service should be. While I'm not hoping for another for another accident, I'll be happy to take my car back to them if I need to.

Since, I was new to the area, State Farm had recommend that I take my car to gerber to get my car repaired. Once I arrived to the location, I was treated very nicely and the person that assisted me understood my needs and took very good care of me. They assisted me in setting up my rental car on the spot. One thing I really like about gerber was they were informing me the status of my car by text messages, which a lot of other places do not do. When it came time to drop off the rental car, they were very nice and had my car ready for me to inspect the vehicle.

Above and Beyond :). From Sam the curteous and efficient receptionist, to Mary the friendly customer service rep to Tim Layne the production manager. They kept me informed of repairs and did a couple of extra details on my car for free. I requested and was given my car a day earlier than expected with no fuss. Incredible service. Questions were answered immediately. Text updates meant I didn't even need to check on repair process. When a scratch was seen on a replaced part upon delivery of the vehicle, it was replaced the next day and the car was detailed. I couldn't have asked for better or more responsive service. I would be happy to go back to Gerber and would recommend it to friends and family.

Great people. QUALITY work. Mine was just a "fender bender" but it was at a place where curves and angles all came together. It was made like new. Very happy. Car was cleaner INSIDE and out than when I brought it in. State Farm's policy holder hit my car. State Farm was very good also. And my insurance agent (who is an independent agent representing Grange) recommended Gerber; she had work done there.

The experts at Gerber Collision and Glass did a fantastic job of replacing and painting my bumper after a rear end collision on my '97 Saturn. They worked with the insurance company's estimate, were helpful and informative throughout the whole process, and even provided the rental car since Enterprise has an office right at the facility. I'm very happy with the repair, and will recommend this facility to anyone who needs work performed on their vehicle.
