My car looked great, and Jeri was so professional and handled my repair perfectly. She even gave me a ride home because I didn't have rental. The body work looked wonderful, and i'm an old body tech. Jeri even went through the trouble to touch up my rock chips with leftover paint herself. Great job!

My husband and I came in to get an estimate on my front bumper that was pushed in, and the young lady that helped me immediately went outside to take a look at our truck even though the office was swamped with other people. She explained that in order to warranty the repairs, they would have to replace the parts damaged and even emailed me my estimate! Since we were just trying to get the damages popped out she even recommended somewhere down the street we could go. Jerrie was very courteous and professional, I would recommend this shop to my friends!

Thank you so much to Gerber Collision for doing a great job on our van repair. Everyone treated us with kindness and professionalism. The repairs look fantastic, it's like the accident never even happened. Frankly, after hearing horror stories about trying to get vehicles repaired after an accident, I was dreading the ordeal. Imagine my surprise when none of it turned out to be an ordeal at all! I was even able to return the rental vehicle right there at Gerber, instead of having to drive it back to the rental office. They have a sign on the front desk saying the want each customer to have a 10 out of 10 customer service experience and I can honestly say they met that goal.

Took my car to Gerber for rear end damage. From day one they kept me informed and did exactly as promised. Picked up my car a few days earlier than the original finish date and it looks great. The rear end looks brand new and they even repaired a few things the insurance would not cover at no cost to me. I definitely recommend Gerber to all future customers and will return (hopefully not) if I ever need body work repair.

Ashley handed our claim very expertly and professionally. We were glad we were in her hands. I had just had my car totaled in July because the other driver who slammed into me had a vehicle that was not roadworthy (no brakes). My husband's vehicle, a 2006 Toyota Tundra, was hit by a deer in our neighborhood. As you can imagine, we are not in the market for a new vehicle, and I had begged Ashley to find a way to get the vehicle fixed (after market parts, etc.) and to get the cost low enough that USAA would not total it. I came in because I had a scratch on the bumper of my 2002 Cadillac Deville DTS, right away the young lady told me that she could fix the issue, then she told me about which options I could go with and what would suit me best, not only did she remove the scratch, but she was very helpful and her customer service was AMAZING!!!!!!
