I only leave feedback when service is EXCELLENT. Besides being HIT.... this experience was seamless. The folk in Douglasville were awesome. From the receptionist/office assistant checking me in and arranging my rental to Jodi Rose making sure I was kept abreast of the service. Everything happened for my good and I am so appreciative for it all. My car looks amazing and I was overwhelmed at the above and beyond service; my car was clean on both the inside and outside. Thanks for the fabulous service. I will refer others who need repairs.

I took my vehicle to Douglasville location for repairs and had a awesome experience from the time I walked in the door. The front desk agent Ashley was very helpful and explained every step out of the process. I was introduced to estimator, Brittney and she was awesome with getting my estimate and communicating with me often on the update of my vehicle. Brittney customer service was awesome and I enjoyed interacting with her. I also enjoyed the general manager, Steven. This is an awesome team at this location.

Kayla, who did the estimate and checked in the truck, Brittney, who handled the pickup of my truck, and the lady at the front desk who handled all the paperwork I needed to fill out, were all very nice and very professional. The repair of the truck looks very good. Overall, I was very satisfied dealing with Gerber.

I could not have gotten through the process without her help, concern, professionalism, communication, efforts, attention to detail and determination to make everything absolutely perfect!! I was so impressed with every single thing she did to take care of my vehicle and me as well. My daughter had driven home for the weekend from college when I noticed the rubber/plastic surrounding the front windshield was displaced on the passenger side. I arrived with the car at the Douglasville location just as the store opened and was greeted professionally by Jeri W. After hearing my dilema, Jeri asked to look at the vehicle before telling me "I'll take care of it!" Less than 10 minutes went by before Jeri told me the car was ready to go. Jeri's actions for me could be used as a training video for how to provide excellent customer service. Thank you Jeri.
