Gerber was exceptionally professional and responsive on scheduling, explaining the insured-repair process, and in facilitating the entire processes. I expected much more hassle. There was none. The staff (front office and back) was friendly and helpful and the work excellent. I highly recommend Gerber and the Colorado Blvd. location in particular.

My parents and I were beyond satisfied with the help from Jeff and Justice! We were visiting CO & got rear-ended on our way to a college visit. We were only staying in town for a week & needed a quick estimate and to see if our car was safe enough to drive 8 hrs back home. Jeff and Justice were so kind to work with us, to make sure we had a safe enough car to drive back in & to deal with our totaled car in under a weeks time! The staff was very professional, loyal, and friendly!

Could not have been a better experience. The staff is professional in appearance and approach to serving the client. They are knowlegeable, well trained, and client focused. Jeff B. went above and beyond to make sure the whole process went smoothly for me. He took me home and picked me up when the car was complete. Totally detailed the car. It was a fleet vehicle for work and he made sure the cost didn't go above what he quoted me. This same shop took care of our personal car as well. Both experiences were top notch.

I just picked up my car and I am very pleased. It looks great. Jeff went over everything in detail when I dropped off my car and again when I picked my car up. He was very helpful and nice. Justice at the front desk is great as well as the other lady, blonde, forgot her name. They made the unpleasant experience of having my car hit seem not so bad. I can't even tell where my car was fixed and the metallic paint was matched perfectly. You have excellent employees at this location. Thank you so much.

Gerber on Colorado Blvd. provided me the best service for my car repair. Jeff was there every step of the way - he was super nice and took great care of me. I had the greatest service at this Gerber. The guy who helped me, Jeff, was super nice and took great care of me!! I am young and don't know much about cars so I was nervous about being scammed or pressured to pay more than necessary. I never even felt a little bit pressured. He was so nice and seemed to genuinely care about helping me. It was a fantastic experience, I would definitely recommend it!!
