Being involved in a automobile accident is a frightening experience. I was grateful there were no injuries but after the accident, I had no idea what the next step was. From little things like transportation to and from their location to constant updates on the progress of not only my vehicle but also their dealings with the insurance company. Justice is an amazing, helpful worker. She helped me out since day one of my car accident. She kep me updated with every single detail on my car, looked for other ways to help me out with my car rental and with my insurance. Even though I am not happy with my insurance company (Fred L., Young America Insurance), she tried her best to help me with the issues I had going on with them. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Jake and his crew at Gerber on Colorado Blvd. This was the second time I had my car repaired there, and if I need any bodywork on my car in the future, I will only have Jake take care of it. All companies should treat their customers like this one. Everyone who works there has integrity, friendliness, honesty, and is extremely competent at what they do. And the job was done super fast leaving my car looking brand new and clean inside and out. They even found, in cleaning my car's interior, a garage door opener and a credit card that I had lost long ago! They truly go above and beyond in their service and kindness. They are fair, transparent, and helpful. It would be great if everyone I deal with in the business world were as excellent in every way as the people at Gerber on Colorado Blvd. They ... deserve huge kudos...and they certainly get them from me.
