As usual, Jake S. delivers 5++ service! When you bought Pearl and I saw the new sign I thought " I sure hope Jake is still there - he is such an asset to the company," and sure eneough a while later, I saw him in front of the garage as i was driving by! The team at this garage is the best; friendly, competent, on the ball! While it's not a service any of us want to use too frequently, its always a positive experience when you walk in the door! I recommend this shop any time I can!

Over the last year, I've had my van and my jeep in for repairs. I wan to let you know that the staff at Gerber has been fantastic. Jake Schuman was my guy on all my repairs and I can't say enough good things. He made the process stress free. From handling my rentals to the udpates and above and beyond. I've used Jake at his prior shop, Was happy to hear he was still in the industry and the hour drive to have my repairs handled correctly are worth it. I refer this shop constantly.

My car was hit and we took it to Gerber Auto for repairs. We worked with Jake. We have had the car back for a couple of weeks and everything seems to be in perfect order. The team at Gerber on CO Blvd was wonderful. Jake always kept us informed of the status, promised updates every two days and those updates were made as promised! I think they went over and beyond what was asked and expected of them to provide absolutely A+ customer service and results. Would go back there in a heartbeat, but hopefully there won't be another need too! Happy 2014 Gerber Auto and the team at 2228 S. Colorado Blvd - Denver!

Jake did a fantastic job fixing my car. He was friendly, honest, fast, and went above and beyond with terrific customer service. What a find! I'm recommending him to everyone I know. This is what the experience of getting a car repaired should be like. Too bad that all businessmen don't use Gerber Collision on Colorado Blvd. in Denver, CO, as their model.

I was in a auto accident in Gunnison on September 3rd with an insured of Kemper Insurance. I contacted their representative and suggested I go to Gerber and my insurance rep from Met Life agreed. My personnal experience with Gerber ,especially Jake was very professional and courteous. They referred me to Hertz for a rental car while mine was in for repairs. This was the same time as the floods in Colorado and he thought it might be 3 or 4 days. I received a call the day after I dropped my Tahoe off and said that it was ready. I was able to pick it up on my way to work. It looked great and they even washed and detailed it. There was still a scuff mark on the passenger side bumper and Jake took care of it with just buffing. I am very satisfied and will call them again, and even for windshield repair.

Jake Schuman was my service contact and did an outstanding job from start to finish. He worked with me in keeping my costs reasonable for this accident that I did not want to submit to insurance. We worked together on alternatives and the job was done with great professionalism. I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. The work was done while we were out of town on a trip and Jake emailed me constantly with updates. As it turned out we were just getting back to Denver when the call came to pick up the car. Great job - a 10 out of 10

My Estimator was Justic Rich and I can't even begin to thank her for her excellent work! I was expecting to hear an estimate and receive a call when it was ready to be picked up, but she went above and beyond! I received a call every day she was working to update me on the progress of the car, even one night at 7:30 pm when she was working after hours. I had requested a brake inspection as well, which wasn't covered by my insurance, and she comped the cost. On top of everything, my car was ready to be picked up 13 days earlier than expected. I felt the whole time that my car was in good hands and it came back to me cleaner than when I left it. I will most definitely consider Gerber Collision & Glass the first place to refer anyone I know for collision repair because of this excellent experience. Thank you!!!
