I had autobody/collision and glass repair done. I first had an estimate done and while I was waiting they replaced my malfunctioning blinker at no cost for safety reasons .My interactions with the employees especially Justice was excellent. She kept in contact with me through email and also phone calls updating me when need be. My car was also finished one day sooner than expected. I will definetly use Gerber in the future.

I have been through lots of cars and auto shops in several states in my life and my experience with Gerber was definitely one of the best ive had They had a heck of a job to do as my car was pretty beat up but they handled it excellently and i couldn't be more pleased with the results and service i Received while the work was being done

Great experience with Gerber. I had my Subaru collision repair done at the S Colorado Blvd location in Denver. Justice was extremely professional and friendly, and she got my car finished on schedule. I've had a number of collision repairs in the past, this was BY FAR the best and easiest experience, and they got everything right the first time (for once)!

Terrah and the rest of the team went above and beyond! Not only was my car repaired successfully in a reasonable amount of time, they also cleaned my car, did additional complementary work, and provided transportation to and from my work on the day of service. Overall very pleased!

I found Gerber Collision to be very efficient in getting my vehicle repaired. All the people there were very friendly and considerate, especially Justice who went above and beyond to help with getting my car repaired and getting in touch with my insurance company when they were unreliable unwilling to cooperate. Justice contacted my insurance company and made sure the damages to my vehicle would be covered. Gerber collision had the work completed on schedule as promised. Some of the damage done to my vehicle was not covered through insurance but Gerber fixed the damages at a very reasonable price and I doubt anyone would have done a better job. I will not hesitate to go back to them if I ever have any other problems with my vehicle.

Jake S. and his team at the Gerber on Colorado Boulevard are true professionals. My vehicle was brought into them after an accident, and was unable to be repaired. Even though they could not fix the car, their customer service was first rate, and dealing with them was a breeze. They helped me find a salvage buyer for my vehicle, and made a difficult situation much easier. I will definitely use them for any auto glass or auto body repairs I may need in the future. Thank you for putting together such a great team of people.

Justina (Justice) will do whatever she can to provide exceptional service while at the same time reassuring you of the steps along the way and CLEARLY identifying any of the issues/questions you might have. Although this shop had a particularly busy schedule at the time of my appointment Justice always made time to address concerns and notify me of the next steps. I would recommend this shop to anyone who was in need of collision repair.

Although I could tell that the office was very busy with numerous clients, all of the folks I interacted with were very attentive and helpful to me, especially Justice, who worked my claim. I came back a week later as my windshield wiper fluid was disconnected and Justice & the Gerber workers replaced the hose that appeared to be torn up and filled up the fluid free of charge. Since the issue wasn't a result of the body work, they certainly didn't have to fix for free, but I am very grateful they were willing to help. Justice has a great attitude and an obvious desire to provide incredible customer service - thank you!
