I love Gerber they are the best body shop I have ever been to. This is the third time they worked on my vehicle and everytime I got it back my car was flawless. The glass company finally installed my windshield the right way yesterday I guess it was just the guy I had the first time. Will recommend anyone to Gerber i come across in the future.

I had a awesome experience with Gerber they made my car look better then it did when I dropped it off. The staff was very friendly and treated me like I was Family. Vanessa, and Susan went out of the way to make sure I had updates on the repairs on my vehicle, and my car was even completed early. I will definitely refer all my friend and family to Gerber if they should ever have a collision need.

The first time we had to get an estimate my wife and 2 year old had to go. The ladies in the front were very thorough and helpful. They did not make her feel insecure like most car places do. They kept us informed about what was going on.

Extremely professional!! I love the text messages and live phone calls during the week letting me know the status of my repair. The job was completed 5 days early!! When we found out the insurance adjuster missed some damage, they repaired the remaining damage the next day. Fantastic service!!!

My car was delivered and repaired. I was able to pick it up 3 days earlier than the estimated time. The car looks like new. I would go back to Gerber in Concord if needed in the future.
