I had my car repaired here last June. My car was completed in the time that they said it would be and everyone I came in contact with was very professional and courteous. We've had a couple of warranty items since then and they were handled quickly. I worked with Jon and Mardell on this last issue and definitely want them and the whole team to know that I appreciate their kindness and making this an easy process for me. They were very busy but didn't make me feel rushed or that I was a bother. Great customer service! The extra little TLC they gave my car was a great touch! Good job!

Love your team here at this location - they all work amazing together and get the customer helped no matter what. They let me know my cars status all through the process and finished 2 weeks ahead of time. Yes i know they can take time to get the car in the shop initially but all places are that way and the fact that they finished well ahead of time was the best Christmas surprise a customer could ask for. The staff is super friendly and professional. They not only worked closely with my insurance on getting the repairs taken care of, but they were also very helpful in the timeliness of getting everything taken care of due to my schedule with work and personal matters. Oh and the icing on the cake, they had the Snapple Peach tea Kureg pod. It was delicious!
