We decided to go with them as everyone from the front desk to the estimator to the repair technician were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was rear-ended while stopped at a red light and my new-to-me car (that I'd only had for 2 months) was badly damaged. Nothing about dealing with such an event is exactly pleasant, but everything about working with Gerber Collision was excellent. The staff were all super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I primarily worked with an estimator named Steve. He really knew his business and explained everything to me in a very understandable way with great attention to all the details of the entire process. He told me exactly how everything would proceed and Gerber delivered on all of it. Steve and crew went above and beyond my expectations. Additionally, Gerber's knowledge of and relationship with a rental car company made the whole process of dropping my car off for repair as painless as possible. Very smooth. My whole experience with ... Gerber made me feel very cared for. The final repair was perfect; my car is as good as new, in pristine condition. Everyone at this location is beyond helpful. From the very beginning they made the process extremely simple. My truck was fixed within a couple days and they even went above and beyond to buff out marks that the insurance company wouldn't cover. They took the time to ensure I was completely satisfied with everything throughout the entire process. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. This is by far the best service location I have ever been to.

The service was amazing. They made it easy working with insurance and scheduling my repair quickly. I was able to get updates on the status of the repair throughout and quickly pick up my car when it was finished. They even vacuumed it out and made it feel brand new!

I had an unfortunate minor accident which left damage to the front of my vehicle. From the initial assessment to the pick up of my vehicle, I was updated daily via text (great idea, no extra phone calls but still know what's going on). Bob, Steve and Amber we're true PROFESSIONALS from beginning to end. Even after I through them a curve ball and added the replacement of my heavily pitted windshield, they still got the vehicle done 1 day early. The mechanical work is perfect, the paint is an exact match and heck, they even thoroughly cleaned the entire inside of my vehicle. Just a pleasure to deal with them. They made an unfortunate accident much easier to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate one minute to use them again. Just a top notch crew. Thanks guys.
