His team was thorough, my vehicle was repaired to like-new condition, and the turnaround time was much faster than anticipated. Gerber handled my claim quickly and professionally, from quote to completion. My car was rear ended, with damage to driver side quarter panel, lights, bumper. I can't tell where the repair was made (success!); great paint job, and it was sparkling clean after repairs were made. Kept me posted on progress.

Tom and his crew were outstanding. He advocated for us, the customer, in what was a very painful insurance process with Progressive (not our insurance company). Tom was very patient in seeing this repair through, even though Progressive threw up roadblocks / created delays at seemingly every step of the way. Tom was excellent in staying in communication with me relative to the status of his attempts to work with Progressive and relative to the status of the repair. Our family has taken several automobiles to Gerber Collision for repair, and we have had a good experience with each one.

A deer hit my car and did some awful damage. Gerber repaired the damage to my car and it look like new. If I need to fix my car again I will choose Gerber. The staff was so nice and kept me informed.
