Great service. In a day and time of automated virtual phone attendants, virtual or real website chat sessions and annoying text messages, it's refreshing to conduct business with a company that has employees who actually communicate and speak directly with customers and clients. Everyone at the Devereux Road deserve the highest praise. Marti ensured my car was well cared for from the first day to delivery day. My car looks great.

With my family visiting me this Friday, June 19th from Chicago, Niki promised me the job would be completed before they arrived. Not only did Gerber complete my restoration,, they finished two days earlier than promised! Your team is amazing and Niki is a rock star! Thank you for such exceptional customer service. I have never had such good communication from a company that I have done business with. They made the entire process seamless. Their business is organized and the employees were so pleasant to deal with. I specifically worked with Heidi in the front office and Johnny communicated with me often for updates on the vehicle. I can not recommend them enough. You can not go wrong with this company. I had to drive two hours one way to use their company and would do it again. Great communication about my repair, easy to talk with the shop about timeline and what needed to be done. I loved not having to deal with the insurance company, Gerber took care of all insurance company communication. My repair looks beautiful, the paint on the new section matches perfectly with the original paint. All the parts are correctly aligned which I worried about as the repair was all on curved surfaces.

From start to finish, their communication was outstanding, they kept me updated every single day and had my car for just over a week, delivering it right on time as promised. My car looks brand new. Berkley was wonderful and truly made the experience personal by answering the phone and greeting me by name every time I called. The technician who completed the repairs, Jim, went above and beyond, and it absolutely shows in the quality of the work.This repair was the result of a hit-and-run accident, which is never a pleasant experience, but Gerber Collision & Glass managed to turn a stressful situation into a very positive one. I couldn't be happier with the shop, the repairs, and my "new" car. I highly recommend this team!
