WOW - this is the second time I've used Gerber Collision for repairs to my 2021 Toyota Camry & I've been so impressed by the gals at the front desk being so helpful and Nick S. estimation of the damages that were done. He kept me informed via email during the process of the repair work and also explained everything that was done, so I feel very comfortable knowing my car is as good as new now! I have recommended them to my friends, and I like the idea that Enterprise Rent-a-car is right next door! KUDOS to the excellent team work at this location!!!

The folks here were wonderful: I came in with a piece of the back right panel being loose where a bolt had fallen out (surely due to having to drive frequently on S. Kipling) and they came out and immediately replaced it. Here I had spent needless worry over what to do about it and they solved it right away! Great folks.

I brought my car in for an estimate for a small repair. Ben who is an employee was awesome. He was friendly, professional and helpful. He said the damage wasn't that bad. In fact, he pushed the molding back into place and buffed out the scratches. He wouldn't let me pay for his time, which was so kind. I give Gerber's 5 stars and will spread the word about their honesty and help.

Absolutely the best service ever! The repair/replacement to the lift door on Ford Escape is perfect. I cannot tell any difference in the paint. There is no wind noise when I drive. My car looks brand new. Thank you for an excellent experience.
