This review is for the Loveland, CO location. I was involved in an accident in 2015 that required body and paint work to be performed and Gerber Collision and Glass was the shop that my insurance assigned. They did a fantastic job and I was satisfied with the work. Fast forward a few years and I started to notice that the clear coat on the repaired panels was becoming extremely sun damaged, but I figured that was because I have to park my vehicle outside and that I was just going to have to deal with it. Out of curiosity, I checked online to see what kind of guarantee Gerber had on their work and I was surprised to find that this particular location had a lifetime guarantee on the work they performed for as long as you owned the vehicle. I brought it over for them to take a look at the faded areas and they were able to confirm that they ... had received a faulty batch of clear coat from their supplier and that was the cause of the issue. Dominique (sp?) immediately got me set up with the soonest appointment she had available to perform the repair and there was absolutely no cost to me since it was under warranty! I just picked up my vehicle and the repair looks amazing! It's so nice to have a shiny clear coat on my vehicle once again! They also went above-and-beyond when I noticed a scratch near the repair area that I was not able to confirm if it had been there before the service was performed. Bobby, personally, looked over the photos with me to confirm that the scratch had indeed been there when I dropped the vehicle off, however, he took time out of his day to immediately perform a quick repair on the minor scratch. AMAZING customer service!! I will ALWAYS recommend this Gerber location and the amazing staff to anyone who requires body/paint/glass work. A automobile accident is probably one of the most horrific things a person can experience. Especially if the automobile is only 2 days old. This particular Gerber Collision was absolutely the best. The General Manager dealt with me from start to finish, and their online update system was extremely helpful! And they emailed every few days with a status update as well. And any additional questions I had, all I had to do was call, and they answered every single question I had. Even because of the national parts shortages, they worked with me in getting my vehicle drivable so that I would not waste any of the limited rental car waiting on parts. They allowed me to get my truck back and had transportation, while they were waiting on all the parts to come in, so that I didn't burn up any additional rental days because my insurance limited me to ... only 30 days of rental. I could not recommend this Bodyshop and the team there more highly! They're efficient, professional, and 100% competent. When I showed up to pick up my vehicle, it was completely detailed inside and out and looked show room ready! This Bodyshop performed as if it was their own vehicle that was being repaired and treated me as if I was family. Gerber Collision as a whole did great in having this particular location representing them as a premier Bodyshop! read more

It is rare these days to find folks who are dedicated to all aspects of customer service, from when you enter the shop to when you pick up your car when the job is done!
