Excellent service, the repair came out great. we asked for a completion date of 2/21 and it was done on 2/25 which is understandable due to a nation wide parts shortage. The car was washed and the interior cleaned when we picked it up. Brian sent me updates twice a week as promised, I never had to call to find out how it was going.

The work on my truck was done perfectly. I am particularly impressed with the communications. The twice weekly text messages were very helpful and in this environment where parts are slow coming in, the texts saved a lot of phone calls.

The staff is super friendly and professional. They not only worked closely with my insurance on getting the repairs taken care of, but they were also very helpful in the timeliness of getting everything taken care of due to my schedule with work and personal matters. Oh and the icing on the cake, they had the Snapple Peach tea Kureg pod. It was delicious!

I am very impressed with this Gerber location. They go out of their way to ensure you are well taken care of. In my case, we had to wait for parts, so scheduled a tentative date about a month out. When the day approached, we decided to push it out another month because not all the parts were in yet. A couple days before the new date, Dominique (sp?) called me to let me know the parts were in and we were good to go. The estimated time was 3-4 business days. Unfortunately, there was a weekend in the middle of that, so I would be paying for a rental for days in which no work was being done. Turned out they got it done by the end of the 2nd day (Friday night)! Not only did they save me on car rental costs, but because of timing and an appointment I was heading to, they bought our car to me, and took my rental back, saying they'd get it ... returned that day. Who does that?? To top it off, it was my wife's birthday, so she was absolutely thrilled to have her car back, "shiny and new". I'd give Gerber 10 stars out of 5, if I could. I want to give a special shout-out to Dominique, Nikki, and Billy. You guys are simply awesome! read more

Kim and everyone here were AMAZING! In the time of pandemic delays and backorders, they were able to get my truck fixed on time, even though they had to literally drive to a vendor to pick up a part that was supposed to be shipped to them. They went ABOVE & BEYOND and made it happen! I cannot say enough good things about them. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I am headed out on a road trip that would otherwise not be happening if they hadn't been so awesome.

This is an overdue review of Jeff and the team at the Boulder location. Our Subaru Outback was stolen and (fortunately!) recovered last summer, but with body damage and parts missing. Jeff was very knowledgeable about the process from start to finish, both working with insurance, and the most logical order for all of the diagnostic, repair, and cleaning steps to happen. He was frank and answered our questions honestly and straightforward. He made sure every detail was taken care of and whenever a complication arose, he worked to resolve it thoroughly and promptly. Our car is operating and looking as good as new, and in all honesty, much cleaner than before it was stolen.
