I have been completely satisfied with the service from Gerber. Paul Dico handled my claim against Safeco Ins, and got my car in even though they were packed. We were able to continue our road trip with no problems, thanks to him. I would use Gerber again, if the need arose.

No insurance. Repaired door dent. No complaints as excellent, polite service. Also knew we weren't using insurance and took that into consideration. Also noted window was not sealing correctly after repair - and they fixed easily and conveniently the next week for free.

From my first contact with Louise to meeting and having Jason Kersey review the car's hail damage I had a good feeling this was going to be a good experience. I was right. So often we think we're in capable hands and are left feeling we didn't receive the service we hoped to receive. I received friendly and professional service, Jason called with updates every other day and gave detailed explanations of all the work being performed on my vehicle. AND, the repairs were done with expert care. I've already recommended several people to this location and will continue to do so. Thank you for hiring and having the best team.

Hi Renee, Thanks so much for the note, and I appreciate having our car back in great condition. I wanted to also drop a note to acknowledge the great attitude and efforts to keep me up to speed from Kim. Kim showed that she truly cared about our need for our car for family weekend (with dog and kids) and therefore our need for our SUV. She went above and beyond to get us taken care of when a part was shipped to the wrong location and again put up with my extensive calls to check in with a fantastic and cheerful attitude. I was MORE than pleased with the professionalism that was shown and extended to me from the beginning. The ladies in the front office who registered me and handled the insurance to Doug Timmons the estimator and the manager there, Jennifer I believe. All were very accomodating, helpful and understanding, which was most helpful in a very frustrating and stressful time after the accident. I was, and am thanful for their attitude and behavior and would not hesitate to go there again if needed or to recommend them to family or friends or anyone who asked.
