I was MORE than pleased with the professionalism that was shown and extended to me from the beginning. The ladies in the front office who registered me and handled the insurance to Doug Timmons the estimator and the manager there, Jennifer I believe. All were very accomodating, helpful and understanding, which was most helpful in a very frustrating and stressful time after the accident. I was, and am thanful for their attitude and behavior and would not hesitate to go there again if needed or to recommend them to family or friends or anyone who asked. Thanks again for professional service. I was most pleased with the work and finished product. Thank you.

"Gerber Collision & Glass definitely brings the "WOW" factor to their customer service and auto repair. Customer service from their front desk associate and adjusters, were unrivaled by any of the other collision repair centers I've ever been to. They were very friendly/enthuseastic, and eager to help the me and the rest of the customers I saw come through their front doors. The repairs to my truck were also unrivaled by any other shop I've been to. I had a great experience, and would definitely recommend friends and family to their shop in the future."

I just received my car back this past Friday and wanted to say what an amazing job the staff there did to fix my Subaru. It was completed in a very timely manner and everyone there was so nice and professional. My car looks brand new and I can't thank them enough for such a wonderful job. "Their service was above average. Besides the excellent cosmetic collision repair, there were a number of other touch ups I requested. Never did they give me the impression that they thought I was being too "picky". The job was done as if it was their own car. The manager (Mike) was very professional and patient with all my concerns and questions. He made a bad experience a learning experience. I recommend this shop highly."

Just got my car back which was in for minor paint repairs. What a 'wow' experience! Everyone was friendly, the car was done two days before the promised date, and they kept up with me twice a week while it was there. I will never go anywhere else again! They even buffed out a big scratch fro a very reasonable price!

Just a quick note-- Excellent, excellent service all the way around! I called your shop this morning to schedule an appointment for an estimate - they were able to get me in this morning and when I brought my car in, Jordan looked at the damage (the front fender had pulled out), and said he could fix it now and could also buff out a couple of scratches along the side. I was in the waiting area less than 15 minutes when he returned and said the car was fixed, and there would be no charge. What a great surprise! We have had two of our cars repaired in your shop before; we will always call your shop first. Thank you!
