The people are prompt, kind and patient! My car looks brand new, they detailed the inside of my car which was disguisting, and bnow the interior looks brand new - hopefully do not need to go back, however if I never need poby work again will go here for sure.

Just wanted to let you know the service I received and the repairs made to my Honda CRV were excellent. The front fender looks as if it was never damaged and the paint blends in perfectly with the rest of the body. In addition, I am ever so thankful for you fixing the back tailgate. I was told it would take five days to complete the repairs and my car was done on time. I appreciate the call mid-week letting me know the status of my vehicle and then again on the morning of the last day to let me know when my car would be ready. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and courteous. Everything was explained to me in advanced and there were no surprises during or afterwards. Very impressed with the service. From the initial inspection, to dropping off the car to picking it up was all handled quickly and professionally. They did everything for me including calling the rental car company to pick me up. WOW, what a pleasant experience!

I know that getting the bumper warrantied was a lot to ask, but I feel that you and your team went above and beyond to deliver great results. I also appreciate your patience with me being so particular and asking so many questions. I ended up installing the step pad last night and I think the bumper looks perfect. The secretery to the nice young man who provided me with transportation clould not have have been more helpful and polite. The repair work was exceptional and I know what poor work looks like. WOW what service, my 2010 Dodge Journey was the victim of minor parking lot accident. From the first call to my ins company to picking up my repaired auto has been 100% WOW customer service, the most professional repair service I have ever had. I would highly reccomend Gerber Collision to anyone needing their service . The only word that describes their service and workmanship is WOW.

Dear Sir: I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for the excellent customer service that you all extended to me during the time that my vehicle was at your facility. Deziree was so kind and attentive to my logical concern with regard to the amount of damage to the car and the potential for there to be a bad outcome. She emailed me almost every day to keep me abreast of what was going on. She was always kind and informative, and I never had to wonder where things were at. Then, to top it off, I am a health care provider and was unable to get to the shop to pick up the car, so she had a couple of your men drive the car to my office and hand deliver it to my. Who could ask for more? If each merchant was a willing to go the extra mile as she was, there would be much less feuding, I suspect.
