This is the second time I had to have my bumper repaired and the service is courteous and prompt and the work is flawless. I went the second time because of the good experience I received the first time and I would recommend them to anyone. "WOW"

"Just a quick follow up. I am having absolutely no problems with my Equinox and am very, very pleased so far! My son, from Indiana where we used to live, came to visit with us last week and commented on my nice car (first time he has seen it). I told him it was the one involved in the July accident that we told him about and looked pretty banged up when I left it behind in Illinois. He graduated from a tech school in Indianapolis years ago and degreed in body work, paint and finish. He never got into the business though but has done some on the side jobs for friends and is very picky about how he does a job! He looked it over closely and said "dad, looks like they did a really nice job!" If my son says something, he means it!!"

I think the address is Pearl Auto Repair on Colfax in Lakewood. A gentleman named Jerry took care of my claim. I dropped my car off before I went on a three week trip to California. Jerry kept me continually updated on the progress of my car. Jerry was continually courtesy and kind. I haven't had such fine service at any other Auto repair shop. And I will return to Pearl Auto Repair in the future and tell others of the service Jerry extended to me.

I was very pleased with our experience with Gerber. The car repairs were quick and great and the people were so nice. My daughter is pleased with the car as well. Hopefully we won't need collision repair again any time soon, but I will certainly recommend Gerber to anyone I know who needs that service.

I just got my daughter’s car fixed at Pearl Auto Body at 2228 S Colorado Blvd., Denver CO 80222. I tried to provide feedback on Gerber’s website but the Pearl Autobody location is not listed to provide feedback. We have used Pearl in the past and I am always impressed by the great work the shop provides. This time around Jake Schuman could not have done a better job. He kept me informed on the progress on the repair, he is so professional in dealing with clients ,has great communication skills and friendly attitude. Car repair was completed on time, work was done as promised. Car looks great and looks shiny and clean. A great experience under the circumstances. Jake, thanks so much to go above and beyond expectations.

I just wanted to let you know that I had such an amazingly wonderful experience at Pearl Auto Body from start to finish. From my first phone call to schedule my estimate to my picking up my car and then coming back again because I couldn't close my back door, everyone but specifically Traci and Tina were super wonderful, friendly, and extremely helpful. They made what could have been a hassle of an experience, super easy and super smooth. Really good customer service is hard to come by, but exceptional, above and beyond, customer service is super rare these days and thanks to Traci & Tina, that exceptional service was my experience at Pearl Auto Body. I was also ecstatic beyond belief about the beautiful work that was done on my Acura - it looked better than new, and when my car was returned to me, I was so surprised and super ... grateful to find my car was actually cleaner inside and out than it had ever been. It looked like I drove the car brand new right off the car lot - beautiful, shining, and awesome!!
