Customer service, assessment and estimate, relationship with insurance representative, attention to detail, and, especially, quality of the work couldn't have been better. All of the staff (office, body shop, management), without exception, were professional and skilled in their work, and a true pleasure to deal with as a customer. We have absolutely no concerns or complaints! Rather, we think Pueblo's Gerber Collision and Glass is a model for how businesses should operate!

You went over and beyond our expectations!!! Your auto body shop was there when the other body shops could not come through for us. We gave you such a short time frame to work on our car, yet you picked up and delivered our car in excellent conditions and on time. You definitely know what a customer needs and worked beyond your schedules to get our car back to us on time. I just wanted to write and say THANK YOU for the wonderful service and customer support I received recently when I brought my car in to Pearl Autobody to have some major body work done. I was involved in an automobile accident that resulted in considerable damage to my vehicle. Although nobody was hurt, the accident shook me up quite a it. Then, even though the other party was at fault, her insurance company did not treat me very well. Fortunately, my experience with Pearl Autobody was amazing! It more than made up for the poor treatment I received from the other party's insurance company. Not only did you guys do an amazing job with the body work (you would never know there had been any damage), but everybody there was so pleasant to work with. My car was in the shop for 15 days, but Nicki (spelling?) called me every day or two to keep ... me informed of the progress that was being made on the vehicle. That was very helpful and reassuring! If my husband or I ever need body work done on our vehicles, we will definitely use Pearl Autobody! We will also recommend you to all of our friends and colleagues (which is why I took several business cards with me when I picked up my car)! From estimate to updates during the repair to delivery of a full restored vehicle, Gerber employees from reception to estimating to parts to shop management were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. The vehicle, a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland, was repaired to full factory specifications. Today I performed an one hour inspection of the vehicle before taking it back. NICE JOB.

"The reason I am writing this email is in reference to your newly acquired Gerber Repair Center in Lakewood (off of Colfax). My car's rear view mirror was knocked off and door was scratched. I was given a few different options by my insurance (USAA) company to have the repairs completed - including your shop. Upon entering the shop, to be quite frank, it looked chaotic with the floors ripped off, no furniture except the desks and chairs with your service agents - I was a little hesitant.. With this being said, I was greeted by an uplifting smile and very welcoming arrival by Rachael. She referred me to talk to Jerry Valdez (service representative) and I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and charismatic demeanor. Immediately after talking to Jerry, I was confident my Hyundai Genesis was going to be in good hands. He was ... very thorough & patient through my extensive questioning. After leaving the shop, I forgot all about the renovations and initial shock of the office and all I could think of is WOW(!) about the customer service. I never/rarely do customer reviews, but with the customer service I received through Rachael, Jerry, and Steve I felt the absolute need to commend them on their performance. The three of them have surpassed and exceeded my expectations for customer service beyond imagination. They had under promised and over delivered in every aspect of their job and I hope this won't be overlooked by Gerber & upper management. As long as I'm in Colorado, I will probably never go to another body shop. Furthermore, I will definitely recommend Jerry Valdez and Gerber Collision. This service was actually performed at the Longmont Pearl Auto Body location (not included in the drop down menu). The team at Pearl was great. From keeping me up to date about my repair to negotiating with my insurance company and providing me with services at no extra cost even when my insurance company wouldn't cover some of the repairs, the process was seamless and the team went above and beyond in making sure my car was fixed in the proper way after a hit-and-run while my car was parked. My experience with Gerber was more than satisfactory. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Julie who did my estimate explained every step and process that would have to be done to repair my vehicle. During the repair process I received several calls on the status of my vehicle and was notified of further repairs that were needed. The final result of my repair was excellent. I cannot tell there were any repairs done. I am extremely happy with the service I relieved from this shop and will be recommending this shop to my friends and family.

"The staff was wonderful and constantly kept me informed as to the status of my vehicle. Louise got my car in right away. Steve took care of a nice rental car and did the estimate thoroughly. Kristy kept me up to date about the insurance status. Val and mike Stewart showed me the damage and extra internal damage, including prior damage that rickenbaugh auto had not correctly finished the year prior. Val is an amazing technician and the new manager called me once my vehicle was done. I was very impressed and as a car enthusiast, was eager to see how they fixed the paint less dings, which they showed me. I also liked seeing the building as I knew one of the original owners before it was bought out years ago. He was a mentor and colleague 35 plus years ago.
