I went in because my front fender got ripped off my car. I used them in the past after an accident, and they did a great job. They were friendly and helpful from the get go. I worked with 4 different people and every one of them was helpful. I even came in to get an estimate on when it would be finished and they took me back, showed me my car and showed me what needed to be done. I expected a high pressure sales tactic, but they were straightforward about everything. They got the work done, car looks great, and the service was unparalleled. All I can say is they really wowed me with everything they did. This was an out of pocket expense and it was much cheaper than I expected.

Over the years, due to some unfortunate circumstances, I have had to bring in 3 different cars to get work done on. All 3 times, the service and quality of work that was provided went WAY above any expectations I had. The estimates always came in right to the penny, the car was always ready on the day promised and the body work was exceptional. Best of all, the cars came back so clean and detailed, that I thought I was driving them off the car lot brand new!!! GREAT JOB Tommy, Louise and staff. I will NEVER bring my cars anywhere else to have body work done on!!!!!

I took my '02 Toyota Highlander in for warranty work from repairs that were originally done when the facility was owned by Cars Collision. As it turned out, the repair needed to the glass mechanism on the driver's door was not a result of ill performed repairs that were originally done, but was a result of a mechanical failure of a part that had been replaced. The General Manager(Michael Howard) not only had the door panel removed so that I could visually see the cause of the problem, but went above and beyond by locating a replacement part and having it reglued to the glass so it would work properly. All this was done at no charge to me. This action, taken by this facility, has made me a customer for life. Hopefully I will not be in need of your services in the near future, but if so, feel assured that the actions of the staff were ... commendible. I would also like to briefly acknowledge a member of your office staff who was very professional, helpful and greeted every customer who entered or called while I was there with a smile on her face and a smile in her voice. The staff at Gerber collision are great to work with from Lisa at the front desk and Jillie my person of contact and Mike the General Manager My Truck was Damaged during a hunting trip and I thought there was only body damage but upon further inspection as My vehicle was being repaired they found the frame had also been damaged,they kept me informed at every step of the repair. With the frame damaged they had to replace it since the vehicle was returned there has been no squeaks ,clanks, or Bangs the vehicle runs and looks great. I would recommend Gerber Collision to any one that need body work done .

WOW!!!! Your paint job is AMAZING!!!! are the compliments that I have been receiving from everyone that sees my car now - even from the Nissan dealer. My poor burgundy Murano was side-swiped as it sat all day in the parking lot at work the day after Thanksgiving - white paint along side the driver and passenger door panels . Thank you to the kind soul that left me their information, I was able to have the damage repaired by Gerber Collision in no time. Thank you Gerber Collision for doing such an awesome job of matching the paint to a tee and fixing the damage! My car looks brand new and everyone loves it! You provided excellent customer service and were very professional and guided me through the entire process dealing with the insurance company from finish to end.
