I was thrilled with the work that Gerber Collision did to repair my Jaguar FX. I had scraped the entire passenger side of my car on a tall concrete block - oops. They repaired the side, matched the paint exactly, and made it look like nothing had ever happened. They also took the time to smooth out the drivers side doors. I park in a parking garage in downtown Denver and the building owner must think every car is the size of a Mini-Cooper, so I had multiple little dings on the driver side doors. They told me when I picked it up that there had been 9 dings and they worked those out at no extra charge to me. What a bonus! They kept me informed via email of what was happening at each step of the process. The GM, John Smith, initially inspected my car for the damage and was there helping me inspect it when the work was complete. Very ... personable and knowledgable. I also compliment the receptionist/scheduler, Louise Simonton. She was very personable and made converstion with me like she had known me for years! It made any wait time seem like nothing. I will recommed Gerber Collision to all my friends. I sure hope each other location is top of the notch like the Dawson Circle location! read more

Gerber did an excellent job repairing the body damage to our new Subaru. The car was returned to us detailed on the interior and exterior. The estimator was knowledgable and accurate. The office staff was pleasant and thorough. We got updates every other day as we requested. This is the second body repair done by Gerber in the last few months. I highly receommend them.

I would like to say that I am blown away by the quality of service that I have received from Gerber Collision! I had a warranty problem on my '99 Toyota Sienna -- whenever I filled it with fuel, it wouldn't completely fill and I had to very slowly put in another 3-6 gallons. It would take another ten minutes or so to completely fill the tank! The tank had been replaced 10 years ago as a result of an accident. The local shop that did it (Not Gerber) told me there was nothing they could do to resolve the problem. What stuns me is that shop is a USAA-Approved Service Center. They blew me off! Never knowing that USAA has a lifetime guarantee, I didn't pursue it. When I brought it up with USAA years later as a result of a different claim, they mentioned the lifetime guarantee and had me come to Gerber Collision. After the experience with ... Wilson’s, I did not have high expectations, but Doug at Gerber went above and beyond. I’m so impressed with the quality of service provided by Doug. Gerber did not have to provide rental car, yet you did. It helped immensely with shuttling my learning-disabled son to school and allowing me to work my IT business. If I’m ever in a situation where I need collision service, I won’t hesitate to contact Gerber and I hope Doug will be the service provider! I’m going to go on Angie’s List and give Gerber an A. If I get a survey, it’s going to be a 10 out of 10! Thanks so much! read more

Very professional and easy to work with. I simply got an estimate and Gerber took care of the rest. I just had to call the insurance company to tell them who I was using and they took care of the rental car set up and paper work. They were friendly and the office was very clean and comfortable for the few minutes i had to wait. My car looks great. It was cleaned inside and out when I picked it up. Would recommend this shop!

There cant be another car company like you. I love to come to you because I can see that you can put yourself in my place and work with me accordingly. You take such consideration with me. Not only did you do beautiful work on my car, but also Rick gave me a galleon of gas to get to the gas station. That was going that extra mile, we could even be friends! :). In other words, you all are so friendly and easy to talk to. I could just stant beside your work station for an hour or two. I hated to drive my devastatingly attacked car onto the dirt toad where I live, I just bought new tires and it is fitting that they should be dolled up. Thanks for everything and respectfully for the front light. They look beautiful!

I had numerous scratches and swirls and mistakes which destroyed the finish on my TT Roadster. The shop took the car for a few hours and the finished product was beyond my most optimistic expectations - the shop polished the painted metal finish to utter perfection, even touching up the chipped paint. The car looks better than when I purchased it. I could not be more satisfied with Gerber and I would not hesitate to recommend Gerber and their employee CJ for any paint related body work.
