The staff at Gerber collision are great to work with from Lisa at the front desk and Jillie my person of contact and Mike the General Manager My Truck was Damaged during a hunting trip and I thought there was only body damage but upon further inspection as My vehicle was being repaired they found the frame had also been damaged,they kept me informed at every step of the repair. With the frame damaged they had to replace it since the vehicle was returned there has been no squeaks ,clanks, or Bangs the vehicle runs and looks great. I would recommend Gerber Collision to any one that need body work done .

Wow, not only was my lexus SUV repaired perfectly but the carpets were all shampooed as well!! I feel like royalty! I am tremendously impressed with Pearl Auto Body. WOW!!!! Your paint job is AMAZING!!!! are the compliments that I have been receiving from everyone that sees my car now - even from the Nissan dealer. My poor burgundy Murano was side-swiped as it sat all day in the parking lot at work the day after Thanksgiving - white paint along side the driver and passenger door panels . Thank you to the kind soul that left me their information, I was able to have the damage repaired by Gerber Collision in no time. Thank you Gerber Collision for doing such an awesome job of matching the paint to a tee and fixing the damage! My car looks brand new and everyone loves it! WOW....Gerber was the most freindly , fast and professional company I have been to!! they are second to NONE!! A Gerber representive called me nearly everyday to give me and update on my car!! When I recieved the car it was flawless the body work was AWESOME!!

This was the best experience I have ever had in the repair industry. The customer service rep I dealt with was Jerry Valdez and he was exceptional! i never had to call to hear the progress he updated me frequently and was more then accommodating. This company had the rent-a-car waiting for me at their service location and could not have made my experience any easier. I would recommend them to anyone and have due to having 100% confidence that anyone whom uses them will be more the satisfied!!!

Gerber Collision & Glass associates are professional and courteous. They took a bad situation and made it positive. My van looks like new and you cannot tell that I was in an accident. They kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. They did a tremendous job on my van.
