"WOW! I was definently "WOWED" when I picked up my car at Gerber today! My car was repaired excellently. It was absolutely beautiful and I couldn't even tell that it had been damaged in an auto accident where I was hit by a tow-truck. The service was professional, they called and kept me updated twice a week to let me know how the repairs were going and completed the job within the time frame they quoted. When the repair was completed, I went to pick up my car and was $100.00 short of my deductible. I couldn't believe my ears when the Gerber manager said that he would waive the $100.00. This truely speaks of the integrity of this outstanding autobody shop and the commitment to customer satisfaction! I highly reccomend this shop to anyone needed collision repairs!

I went in because my front fender got ripped off my car. I used them in the past after an accident, and they did a great job. They were friendly and helpful from the get go. I worked with 4 different people and every one of them was helpful. I even came in to get an estimate on when it would be finished and they took me back, showed me my car and showed me what needed to be done. I expected a high pressure sales tactic, but they were straightforward about everything. They got the work done, car looks great, and the service was unparalleled. All I can say is they really wowed me with everything they did. This was an out of pocket expense and it was much cheaper than I expected.

Over the years, due to some unfortunate circumstances, I have had to bring in 3 different cars to get work done on. All 3 times, the service and quality of work that was provided went WAY above any expectations I had. The estimates always came in right to the penny, the car was always ready on the day promised and the body work was exceptional. Best of all, the cars came back so clean and detailed, that I thought I was driving them off the car lot brand new!!! GREAT JOB Tommy, Louise and staff. I will NEVER bring my cars anywhere else to have body work done on!!!!!

I took my '02 Toyota Highlander in for warranty work from repairs that were originally done when the facility was owned by Cars Collision. As it turned out, the repair needed to the glass mechanism on the driver's door was not a result of ill performed repairs that were originally done, but was a result of a mechanical failure of a part that had been replaced. The General Manager(Michael Howard) not only had the door panel removed so that I could visually see the cause of the problem, but went above and beyond by locating a replacement part and having it reglued to the glass so it would work properly. All this was done at no charge to me. This action, taken by this facility, has made me a customer for life. Hopefully I will not be in need of your services in the near future, but if so, feel assured that the actions of the staff were ... commendible. I would also like to briefly acknowledge a member of your office staff who was very professional, helpful and greeted every customer who entered or called while I was there with a smile on her face and a smile in her voice.
