I drive by Gerber twice a day & thank God had never needed your services, obviously the day came in February that I did. I am insured by Progressive but the individual that hit my car was through USAA (my former insurance carrier) and they sent me to your location. I also want to point out I worked for Enterprise Rent-A-Car and I am intimately knowledgeable with repair centers, dealerships, and the like. I don't think I can accurately describe my elation with your service, work, follow-up, and employees. The estimate was painless and quick, your availability and follow-up was second to none and I even had a GREAT experience with ERAC and my rental. The woman (I apologize for not recalling her name) at the front desk was as professional, warm, and kind as I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I brought my daughters once and was ... anticipating a good hour of sitting, haggling, waiting etc. and NONE of that came to pass. I almost wish we could have had more time there. Not only will I never utilize anyone else but I would never let anyone I know go elsewhere. Hell if you guys sold bagels I'd buy them. I obviously am thrilled with ALL aspects of my experience and can not thank you enough. No, I am not related to anyone there, my experience was just THAT good. Kudos to all and God Bless. read more

"There aren't enough superlative adjectives to fully describe the OUTSTANDING service performed by Justice Rich. She is absolutely personable, responsive to the customers' needs, takes as much time as needed, regardless of the throngs of people trying to talk to her (she's like the Pied Piper, you see),is fully focused on the needs and BEST RESULTS for Gerber's customers! She treated me as if I were her only customer, giving me special attention and making sure that my insurance company paid me TOP dollar for my beloved, totally wrecked car! I was absolutely "over-the-moon" when she alone dealt with my wretched insurance company AND managed to get me more money for my dear, departed vehicle than I honestly believed was even possible! She's truly a gem and ANY company would be proud to have her as its employee(she should be ... given quarterly bonuses, if the truth be told!). If I could, I'd adopt her! As an additional valuable Gerber employee ,the receptionist Dorothy, is wonderfully kind, sociable and it's obvious that the customers are her highest priority! She makes dire and sad customers somehow feel better about their situation! She and Justice both helped me cope when I had to finalize the death of my darling Beetle. It may have only been an object-specifically a car-but it still hurt to know it was a "goner". I will ALWAYS use Gerber Collision and Glass, and will highly recommend it to EVERYONE!
