Gerber did an absolutely fantastic job. My car came out better than new, the interior was cleaned, and the service was outstanding. I worked with Jake and his professionalism and service are unmatched. He kept me updated, followed through on every statement he made, worked with my insurance company and Enterprise, and I did not have to worry about a thing. It takes a lot to motivate me to write a review, but Jake and this Gerber location deserve kudos for great service.

The service the company provided was EXCELLENT! I was really happy with the timeframe as well as the detailed worked that was provided. I loved that the car still looks like new even though I can't get it washed for a couple of days. I would recommend Gerber to anyone that needs work done on their car for an accident or even non accident related repairs.

The receptionist and Jason were excellent in keeping me updated on the repair. While the vehicle was at the shop, I also had the cracked windshield replaced at an excellent price! This was our second visit to Gerber - as the same car was involved in an accident just 1 month before - where Gerber also did those repairs. Excellent Job!

Brought my daughter's Sunfire in to have the front bumper replaced. Initial replacement bumper was faulty and had to be replaced. Most repair shops would have simply used the faulty bumper, but not Gerber. Thank You for your honesty. Was kept informed on progress in a timely manner, and was treated with courtesy and respect.. Special thanks to Alicia (spelling?) and Jim Folga. Would definitely recommend Gerber to anyone. Thanks again..........Greg

I shopped around for a quality body shop in Denver. I'll tell ya, there are some shady shops out there. I'm glad I found Gerber, on Colfax. These guys are just awesome in every way. They were up-front about everything. They charged me exactly what was quoted, and even finished the job a day early. Furthermore, they charged me a lot less than what the other shops were quoting. I highly recommend this place for anyone.

I just wanted to let you know that I had the repairs done on my 2004 Hundai and must say that I have NEVER been so pleased! The customer service I received from Gerber Collision & Glass (fka Pearl Auto Body) at 205 3rd Ave Longmont was THE BEST I have ever had. Not only did they keep in touch with me through the entire process, they also took care of reserving my rental car and returning it. The craftmanship my car received was just that! I would HIGHLY recomend them for any insurance repairs or even if you just want your car fixed. Again, THANK YOU James and Nicki for going above and beyond on your customer service! You guys ROCK! Mel, I just thought I would let you know because you're my Insurance Agent :) and my car looks GREAT! Also, the guys insurance was SafeCo........ how ironic?

I had the repairs done on my 2004 Hundai and must say that I have NEVER been so pleased! The customer service I received from Gerber Collision & Glass was THE BEST I have ever had. Not only did they keep in touch with me through the entire process, they also took care of reserving my rental car and returning it. I consider the repairs done on my car to be craftmanship in my eyes! I would HIGHLY recomend them for any insurance repairs. I will HIGHLY recomend them for any collision repairs.

I am, unfortunately, a repeat customer. The unfortunate part is that I have been rear-ended twice, both times I chose Gerber to do the repairs. The first time, because of a good first impression getting the estimate - the second time because the first time was a great process. This repair experience was also awesome, from the estimator, Justice to the office staff, Darcy. I hope to not need Gerber again, but it is good to know where to go if I do.
