Very polite, friendly, and quick. Truck was done days prior to the estimated date of completion. The only issue was some scratches on the bumper that were forgot about. When I brought it to their attention, they were very apologetic and immediately offered me either a new bumper or 1/2 the cost of a new bumper in cash for an appearance allowance. I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision and Glass. Thank you for a job well done.

Had a "wow" experience at this location. The repair work looks great. the staff was friendly and really attended to my needs. I was kept informed on the progress and felt the pricing was reasonable on some non insurance work I also had done while my vehicle was there. I will definately reccomend this business to others and will use them again myself in the future if i have need to do so!

I was so pleased with the way Gerber and James handled my collision. They got to the job right away and did such a great job. You would never believe it had been in a collision. The paint job was perfect and no signs at all that it had ever been damaged. Estimator, ditto: friendly, efficient, called me several times during the repair to let me know what was going on. All people, friendly, smiling, efficient at all time. Out of a miserable moment, ie the crash, a great repair experience. Thanks Gerber folks.

Excellent Customer Service. Justice Rich was very patient in explaining other repairs not well done to my new vehicle that the Dealer did not tell me about. I was provided excellent customer service from the time of my estimate until I was given my car back 4 days later. WOW - I just loved working with Louise! The car was in from two different accidents two months in a row. The team did a great job both times, particularly the second. Cleaned the inside of the car and even repaired where the car had been keyed, clearly not related to the accident. Again, the best part of the experience was working with Louise, who was funny, cheerful and helpful every time.

Gerber did an absolutely fantastic job. My car came out better than new, the interior was cleaned, and the service was outstanding. I worked with Jake and his professionalism and service are unmatched. He kept me updated, followed through on every statement he made, worked with my insurance company and Enterprise, and I did not have to worry about a thing. It takes a lot to motivate me to write a review, but Jake and this Gerber location deserve kudos for great service.

The service the company provided was EXCELLENT! I was really happy with the timeframe as well as the detailed worked that was provided. I loved that the car still looks like new even though I can't get it washed for a couple of days.
