I was very pleased with the person making the estimate, the work done and the quickness of it all. My car had been hit in the back and wasn't a lot of damage, only slow thing was the person's insurance company (Liberty Mutual) giving the okay. Gerber personnel were great.

Brian Royer was great!!! He took care of a complicated repair of my daughter's Subaru that was significantly damaged in an off-road crash. He kept us informed of complications dud to Subaru sending the wrong computer (for the air bag system). He thoroughly inspected the repair prior to delivery. What a professional! Both my daughter and I were very pleased. Please thank him for both of us.

Actually, my insurance is with Liberty Mutual but the repairs were paid for by Progressive Insurance since the other person was at fault and Progressive accepted liability. Jason and Louise were very helpful. I really appreciated their kindness in keeping me updated with the repair process during what was a very stressful time for me. I would recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for true professionals in the car repair business. Thanks Gerber for great service!

Gerber is fantastic! I didn't get in a collision, but my driver door needed repair as it was coming off the hinge. Gerber repair fixed it quickly and provided convenient transportation to/from work. So, I didn't have to miss anything that day! Thanks for great service! You guys rock!

I would like to thank Gerber for taking such good care of my car and fixing it so well it even feels better than before our car vs. pothole experience. I would also like to thank the Tow Truck Driver (I believe they said his name was Tony) who was so kind and out of his own pocket paid to fix my door handle. That act of kindness was way above and beyond and words of thanks seem a bit shallow but know that I was completely overwhelmed with your kindness. I do hope I don't need your services again but if I do, I certainly will request your shop. Everyone in the shop was very kind and personable and made sure everything was done exceptionally well. Thank you!

Absolutely outstanding! Answered all questions up front, explained the process and the paperwork. I was updated on the progress of the repairs, the repairs were completed a day and a half before the expected completion date. The finished work looks great, vehicle looks new again and it is 7 years old; Im very impressed. The staff is friendly and they notified the rental agency so I had a ride to the rental agency waiting for me when I droped off my vehicle and they arranged for the agency to retrieve the rental vehicle when I picked up my newly repaired vehicle. I would highly recommend this Gerber location.

I brought my vehicle in for a door ding and the folks at Gerber were fabulous! Jordan inspected my vehicle and even offered to remove the scratches in the dent. I was able to be scheduled within just a few days of coming in and the repair was done in an hour. Excellent customer service and the workmanship was great! Would recommend this Gerber location and Jordan specifically to my friends and family.
