Very promt, professional, and friendly.. Our car waz dropped off on Tuesday and ready for pick up by Friday. The work I had done were paid buy the gieco office on location they handled everything related to the claim making it hassel free. The repairs were very good and brought our car back from the ugly zone. I enjoyed the service I recieved from Julie and the team waz top notch. I have a feel I have a local. shop I can trust.

This is the best experience I've ever had with car repair. Darcy was very helpful in scheduling the repairs around my availability. Justice Rich suggested it may take three days to repair but was acutally completed in less than 24-hrs. My rental car had arrived at their shop before I did & that part was a breeze. My car looks brand new & I would definitely use this shop again if needed.

"My whole life, my worst fear has been being in a car accident. I finally was able to own my dream car, a 5th Gen Camaro SS2. I was beyond devestated when I was t-boned in an intersection by someone who ran a red light. I hadn't even had the car a year yet and I thought she was gone forever. I chose Gerber in Pueblo West, CO from a reccommendation by my insurance co, USAA. I'm so glad I did. I was impressed by the level of customer service. When I first called Alicia and told her of the accident, her first words were "I hope you are ok!" I give a 10 for the wonderful service I rec'd from this co. The Reception/everything else she does (which was a lot) Alicia Anderson was wonderful. She's courteous even when facing angry customers at the front door. She has excellent PR abilities and makes a person feel very special even though you know she has tons of work on her desk. She is a great multitasker. I know various companies who would like to steal her away from you

I went to Gerber on the recommendation of my insurance agent. I was skeptical at first but I found Gerber and it's staff so super fantastic. All the staff I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. Doris, ( I believe that was her name) Introduced me to Justice Rich Who did a fantastic job. I must say that Justice knows her job and is extremely good at it. Not to mention how friendly she was. Gerber notified me regularly of the progress on the repair of my vehicle. I was extremely surprised and happy when I received a call from Justice and she informed me that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. A full FIVE days before the scheduled completion date. I was very pleasantly surprised with the service I received on my Saturn Vue. I selected your business from a list I was given from USAA so it was hit or miss for me, but I am so glad that I made the decision to come there. From day one the service was outstanding. I received text message updates and phone calls every couple of days on the progress of my vehicle. I had extensive damage to the rear end of my vehicle and it looks brand new. Thank you for making a horrible experience a little easier!
