"Louise, at the front desk, is as nice as she could be - very helpful. Jason Kersey oversaw repairs to our car and was in communication regularly regarding progress/set-backs, etc. When I picked up the car, I noticed it had been cleaned / detailed outside and cleaned inside as well - a nice surprise and one highly valued by me. I noticed that some local birds had made a few "deposits" on our shiny black hood, and Jason made sure the car was re-washed and glazed. John, the General Manager, made a point of letting me know when they were finished with the process and asked me to bring the car back in 2 weeks for rewashing and reglazing to make sure it looked right. I am not in the habit of completing customer surveys, but felt compelled to after this great experience with Gerber. Keep up the great work!"

I am very happy with the repair job. The car runs smoothly and it looks good as new. They cleaned the car up inside out which really boosted my morale after having been involved in an accident. Nikki was very nice; she called every other day to let me know about the progress of the repair, and I got my car back a lot sooner than expected.

They even helped me with issues I was having with the car rental place I was using while my car was being repaired. I've had to use Gerbers services twice within 45 days and I wouldn't go anyway else to have my car worked on.

The staff at this location (have used their collision service twice in the past 12 months) really friendly, helpful and also very professional. Doris is an angel at the front desk and Jeff was also amazing to work with! You should be so proud of your staff there....Will definitely be using them again in any future auto issues ....hopiing that doesn't happen but if it does, it is a pleasure to get them to have our car repairs done there!!! Well done!!

Everybody from the front desk to the appraiser to the staff were fantastic. This is my fourth repair at the Englewood location. Louise at the front desk has been a life saver for me keeping all the paperwork straight and also facilitating the rental car drop off. The work is fantastic and alwasy done on time or early. Staff has explained repair actions and post-repair care. I send all my friends there.

I'd like to take this time to acknowledge the people who worked on my 1995 Dodge Avenger that had been rear ended. It had low mileage and was in great condition. I met with Earl Bell, their estimator and he told me that he would do everything possible to restore it back to the way that it was. He delivered on that statement with superior work from the body person, paint person and detailer.
