My experience at Gerber on Colfax was awesome. From the moment I dropped the car off to the moment they delivered it to me (which was unexpected), everyone there was extremely nice and professional. They repaired my car quickly and the provided high-quality work. I will definitely be recommending this Gerber location and will use them in the future (if needed, knock on wood).

Gerber did an excellent job repairing my door. They even polished my headlights -- a $60 value -- for free! And the repair was done two days ahead of schedule! They provided periodic email updates, which were very helpful, and the office staff, especially Niki, were very helpful and friendly. They even took care of the rental vehicle. Working with the insurance company was as smooth as can be. Just paid the deductible without any hassles. Can't think of any negatives at all.

I worked with Jake from State Farm and on getting a claim through and my car fixed which had been hit and he was super awesome. Helpful on all accounts and let me know whenever he had an update. He let me know of all the possible options I had, and walked me through the detailed steps of what was going on. I definitely recommend him.

I am very happy with the service that received from Gerber! At first, I was mostly happy except for two smaller issues which I submitted feedback about on the gerbercollision.com/review website. Within about 20 minutes of submitting my feedback, Doug (from the local Gerber location) was in contact with me. He explained that if I brought my car back he would fix the issue that I had concern about by cleaning all of the conditioner off of the dash and cleaning my sticky mat, as well. He was very nice about it and just wanted to make sure that I was happy with the service that I received. Aside from the two issues in my previous feedback, I was already happy with the service that I received from Gerber. I received text message updates every step of the way about the progress of my car and Doug even called me to let me know that my car was ... being prepped for paint and would be in the paint shop the following day. When I picked up my car, I was told that Gerber would take care of notifying my insurance company why it was picked up the day after repairs were done so I didn’t need to worry about it. Now that Doug had my dash and sticky mat cleaned up – within only an hour of knowing about it – I am even more satisfied with the service. I will absolutely recommend Gerber Collision and Glass! Doug was great he was professional. I brought my wife's car in to get some minor body work done. I also was going to inquire about getting the head lights buffed out because hazing was occurring. Before I could even bring it up to Doug, he had already told me he was going to buff out the headlights in appreciation for my business. Thanks Doug that's the kind of service that keeps me coming back whenever I ever need body work done big or small!!!

I was very pleased with the work and the people that repaired my 2004 dodge pickup. Julie Stewart and Mike Howard were very helpful and answered all the questions I had. Julie called or text me two to three times a week to let me know how the woek was going. Aliicia Anderson also was very helpful with all the paper work and what i could and could not do after the repair. all in all i thought your people in Pueblo West did an excellent job. thank you.
