Outstanding work and outstanding customer service. I was kept informed of how the repairs were going. The service was prompt, courteous and professional. My Expedition came back looking brand new again. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, the lines are straight, and the paint is a perfect match. Gerber did an outstanding job on my car repair. Enjoyed working with Bryan Royer, who made the process extremely easy. I was made to feel like a valued customer and extra care was taken to ensure I was pleased. I had to return for a minor adjustment which was taken care of quickly. Kudos for a job well done. Will definitely use again, if needed.

My hat goes off to all of who took care of my 2007 Acadia which was involved in my boat trailer running in the back of the car. Without any hesitation on you part, Doug Timmons responded with a friendly hand shake and smile that made me feel very conferrable from the start that I was at the right company. At all times during our conversation and pre-inspection of my vehicle he knew his job and was making me feel at ease. He furthermore kept me informed on a daily schedule what my car status was in to including parts ordered, when they came in, painting and when I could pick up my car. Upon inspecting the car when it was finished I didn’t feel like another customer being pushed out the door but arms welcome my service. They exceeded our expectations, going the extra mile as far as repairs go, including pin-striping, a brand new bumper, and returning the vehicle clean, bright and polished. The customer service was also exemplary, assisting with a loaner car and a prompt timely repair on our vehicle, completing the repairs on aforementioned schedule. WOW! was all we could say when we went to pick up our 2006 Honda Accord. We are 100% satisfied with the service we received from James Chiles and Gerber Collision. It exceeded our highest expectations. Jim went way beyond the call of duty to make sure all paint matched... to the point of painting the fenders that were not involved in the estimate. However, he still gave us the discount for just buffing the fenders like we had agreed upon. The entire job was done with attention to every detail. Fit and finish make the car look brand new. The paint blends perfectly with the rest of the body. The damage was to the hood and front bumper, but I was amazed to see that the engine and everything under the hood had also been cleaned. He buffed the headlight lenses and had the car completely cleaned inside and out. We will definitely recommend ... Gerber Collision and Glass to all our friends. Thank You. Sal read more
