The folks at Gerber are AWESOME! They have proven any co can be compassionate as well as Professional & insure that customers are cared for & WILL come back! There are no words to express the Great Appreciation that I feel toward this Gerber Collision Staff! In past years I did use the company there before but no comparison. In Feb I was in AR & had to use a co there for window repair as an ice store broke a tree lim & torpeoded it into my gate window & the entire event was a fiasco from the Gieco rep to the repair co while at this same time I was in hopital & my son here had a lady hit him & total my 02 Blazer. Once again I was cared for even though it was a total loss. Maybe CO should train other states??? Again "THANK YOU GERBER STAFF for a tremendous JOB WELL DONE !

Arranging for the appointment was easy. Estimator (Tom) was very considerate and helpful in the process. Communication on a regular basis was much appreciated. Work was done timely and I am very happy with the results.

I was in a auto accident in Gunnison on September 3rd with an insured of Kemper Insurance. I contacted their representative and suggested I go to Gerber and my insurance rep from Met Life agreed. My personnal experience with Gerber ,especially Jake was very professional and courteous. They referred me to Hertz for a rental car while mine was in for repairs. This was the same time as the floods in Colorado and he thought it might be 3 or 4 days. I received a call the day after I dropped my Tahoe off and said that it was ready. I was able to pick it up on my way to work. It looked great and they even washed and detailed it. There was still a scuff mark on the passenger side bumper and Jake took care of it with just buffing. I am very satisfied and will call them again, and even for windshield repair.

Jake Schuman was my service contact and did an outstanding job from start to finish. He worked with me in keeping my costs reasonable for this accident that I did not want to submit to insurance. We worked together on alternatives and the job was done with great professionalism. I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. The work was done while we were out of town on a trip and Jake emailed me constantly with updates. As it turned out we were just getting back to Denver when the call came to pick up the car. Great job - a 10 out of 10

My Estimator was Justic Rich and I can't even begin to thank her for her excellent work! I was expecting to hear an estimate and receive a call when it was ready to be picked up, but she went above and beyond! I received a call every day she was working to update me on the progress of the car, even one night at 7:30 pm when she was working after hours. I had requested a brake inspection as well, which wasn't covered by my insurance, and she comped the cost. On top of everything, my car was ready to be picked up 13 days earlier than expected. I felt the whole time that my car was in good hands and it came back to me cleaner than when I left it. I will most definitely consider Gerber Collision & Glass the first place to refer anyone I know for collision repair because of this excellent experience. Thank you!!!

good customer service. Dealt with Ashely, Julie and Casey...best customer service I've had dealing with companies recently. Most companies have let customer service quality drop but its nice to know there are still some companies out there that still care about the quality of customer service.
