We would like to take a few moments to say "Thank you" to a company who cares about who they hire to be their representatives. The staff, in particular, Traci and Scott are outstanding. We ran an office for 25 years and having such a staff was always our goal. The importance to have people that are caring when one is emotionally spent from an accident, we now know to be a vital component. The workmanship put into our car repairs and the follow up are superior to none. While there, the market manager, Jeff Chillemi, happened to be there and was concerned about our experience. His caring and sincerity also impressed us. We shared these thoughts with him as well. Oh my goodness. I can't rant and rave about how Jake and his crew at the colorado blvd location took care of me and my vehicle at Gerber. From setting up my estimate to my rental to updates on the repair progress. I have never wanted my vehicle to be touched in previous accidents. But knowing that there are good people out there who care about you and your vehicle is comforting. The first parts that they sent to fix my vehicle with were not acceptable to Jake so he ordered brand new ones to be placed on my car. When i came to pick up my vehicle not only was the outside nice and clean and the work looked beyond fabulous, but my interior was cleaned as if I was picking up a brand new car off the lot. I ran to work and told all the co-workers that I would recommend and work with gerber for any future repairs. And also they are very quick as ... well. So THANK YOU JAKE and GERBER COLLISION.
