The team at Gerber did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the status of my repairs. My accident occurred during the first major snow storm of the year and they took a genuine interested in my health & safety. In addition to repairing the damage caused by the crash, they identified a problem with my breaks and returned my car as good as new!

I was in an accident on December the 8th. My right front end had extensive damage. This included a broken wheel axel leaving my car immobile. I called for a tow to come and pick up my vehicle. I was not sure where to send it. It was recommended that I send my car to Gerber collision. I had my vehicle towed there. Ten days later my vehicle was ready for pick up. I was so amazed of the work they had done on my car. It looked new. All I could say was WOW! They did an amazing job. It was as if nothing ever happened. I am so pleased of the work they performed in repairing my vehicle. I highly recommend Gerber. The quality of the work done on my vehicle was amazing.

Everyone was so helpful, courteous, and quick to act in a stressful situation. They are truly professionals who know what they are doing. They made promises that were kept, kept in touch with me by phone and e-mail with updates, and helped me by their communicating with the rental car company which made that process smooth too. They did a beautiful job on the repair and my car was squeaky clean when I picked it up. Thank you to everyone at the front desk, Doug who did the estimate and explained everything so that I could understand, and for the men who actually did the work. You all did a beautiful job. I have already recommended you to 2 others. I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass and will use them again if needed.

This is the second time since August 2013 I've had to have my car repaired at Gerber. Obviously, I hope never to ding up my car again and have to have it fixed - but honestly I'm going to miss talking with Louise at the front desk - she is professional, charming, welcoming. And the mechanics do an excellent job and are so friendly. They keep me posted on exactly where they are with the repairs. I had both body work and my front windshield replaced and I couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you, Gerber.

Another lady hit my car. Her insurance company sent me to Gerber, they were nice professional, handled the situation very well. Explained at all times what was taking place with my car. Would highly recommend them for future problems. However, I hope to not get hit again...
