Devan at the front desk was very kind and worked with me through insurance issues. Earl was the definition of customer service. I was so happy to find someone so genuinely kind and detailed about my repair that was taking place. It is rare to find someone like Earl in any business these days! The manager was also very kind and made sure I had everything I needed before leaving with my newly repaired vehicle! They have a great team at the Mark Dabling location! I will recommend this particular shop to anyone who wants exceptional service!

My car was hit and we took it to Gerber Auto for repairs. We worked with Jake. We have had the car back for a couple of weeks and everything seems to be in perfect order. The team at Gerber on CO Blvd was wonderful. Jake always kept us informed of the status, promised updates every two days and those updates were made as promised! I think they went over and beyond what was asked and expected of them to provide absolutely A+ customer service and results. Would go back there in a heartbeat, but hopefully there won't be another need too! Happy 2014 Gerber Auto and the team at 2228 S. Colorado Blvd - Denver!

Jake did a fantastic job fixing my car. He was friendly, honest, fast, and went above and beyond with terrific customer service. What a find! I'm recommending him to everyone I know. This is what the experience of getting a car repaired should be like. Too bad that all businessmen don't use Gerber Collision on Colorado Blvd. in Denver, CO, as their model.

The folks that handled the oversight and repairs of vandalism to my truck are amazing. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted courteously and professionally. All steps from the initial walkaround and estimate through to yesterday when I picked it up, I was treated with respect and my truck was taken care of to the utmost. Should the need ever again arise, I will certainly bring my truck back to Gerber.

The staff at the repair center in Pueblo West were easy to work with, professional, friendly, and kept me up to date on the status of my car. I have been to this Gerber location 4 times now and I can say there is no other place I would take my Subaru for repairs. The first person who won me over is Earl. He is such a personable guy! Rob and Johnny have repaired my car each time and it always comes out looking like its never crashed before (not true). Devon and Brian were also great. Every time I called them they were friendly and answered every question I had. Gerber is truly lucky to have such a large number of exceptional staff members.
