CO - 5900 Palmer Park Blvd, Colorado Springs - 3/13/14

I was a big dumb and snagged some black ice one morning, slowly hit a curb at a horribly wrong angle, and ripped the front right half of my bumper off on top of numerous other repairs. From the start Gerber Collision executed perfect customer service and handed me a brand new-looking Celica in just over a week. The man in charge of my case, Bryan, kept me up to date every couple of days with emails explaining my bumper was a particularly special make therefore had to go through 3 different ones, and had later called me and texted the expected times my car would be completed. The work done on my Celica is unreal, like nothing ever happened. I greatly appreciate everything this company has done. I don't usually post reviews, but I highly respect this company and I want them to succeed in many future endeavors.

I was stranded after the mishap and Rick S. went the extra mile and got me rolling probably ahead of other customers. I was back on the road within 48 hours! And the truck had been cleaned! I haven't been this impressed with customer service for several years. My deep thanks to Rick and his team at Gerber!

These people are terrific. They finished my car one day early. When I picked up my car, it was clean and shining, the wor was done beautifully. Everything matchd, the color was perfect, and all the work as well done. The big plus to good workmanship, was the very nice people who I worked with....from the person who answered the phone, to the repair person, the estimator, the pleasant environment in the waiting room. These people are really wonderful.

Justina (Justice) will do whatever she can to provide exceptional service while at the same time reassuring you of the steps along the way and CLEARLY identifying any of the issues/questions you might have. Although this shop had a particularly busy schedule at the time of my appointment Justice always made time to address concerns and notify me of the next steps. I would recommend this shop to anyone who was in need of collision repair.

I was very happy with the prompt courteous service. From the front counter girl Alisha, the estimator Julie and the crew that worked on the car itself. They got my car back to me one day early. Very happy.

I would like to recognize Doris the receptionist @ Gerber along with Bryan who estimated the damage along with Manager Corey. It was a pleasure doing business with these folks, they were very respectful and knew their jobs, they all made a bad experience with an accident a good experience, once all is said & done. I hope I never have to use a Collision shop again, however if I do my first choice will be Gerber on Palmer Park in Colorado Springs.

When I picked up my car all i checked was my rear bumper. 4 days laater I dropped my keys and when i bent over to pick them up I saw that my tires and hubcaps had been polished! WOW! Hadn't expectred that kind of service. Thanks so much!
