Although I could tell that the office was very busy with numerous clients, all of the folks I interacted with were very attentive and helpful to me, especially Justice, who worked my claim. I came back a week later as my windshield wiper fluid was disconnected and Justice & the Gerber workers replaced the hose that appeared to be torn up and filled up the fluid free of charge. Since the issue wasn't a result of the body work, they certainly didn't have to fix for free, but I am very grateful they were willing to help. Justice has a great attitude and an obvious desire to provide incredible customer service - thank you!

They did a great job from start to finish, quickly getting the inspection and estimates done, keeping me informed throughout the process and the final product shows high quality work. My car looks and runs great. The staff at this particular branch was very accommodating and personable. In the event I would need repairs done on my car again, I would definitely consider returning here and also referring other friends and family.

They did a wonderful job on my car. The customer service at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and a pleasant experience for me. She always provided me exceptional service and was very personable. They gave me frequent updates about the repairs being done on my car and were overall a great place to get my car fixed.

I loved Earl! The work was beautiful; I couldn't tell that it was in an accident, the paint on the fender matched the rest of the car perfectly (even my Inspector husband was very pleased, and he notices EVERYTHING) , and fast -- they had my car (my baby) back to me sooner than originally thought. Stellar!! We had such an exceptional experience with Gerber that I had to give feedback. Earl handled our collision repair and his customer service was unparalleled. He was extremely knowledgable about our insurance company and handled all of the communication with them. He also called us regularly to update us on our repair, and took personal responsibility for the quality of the repair outcome. I seldom run across such accountability or superior customer service anymore. I so appreciated knowing what was going on every step of the way, and feeling reassured that everything was going to be okay after the difficulty of our accident. Our vehicle repair turned out beautifully! Thank you Earl and thank you Gerber!!!!
