I would like to recognize Doris the receptionist @ Gerber along with Bryan who estimated the damage along with Manager Corey. It was a pleasure doing business with these folks, they were very respectful and knew their jobs, they all made a bad experience with an accident a good experience, once all is said & done. I hope I never have to use a Collision shop again, however if I do my first choice will be Gerber on Palmer Park in Colorado Springs.

When I picked up my car all i checked was my rear bumper. 4 days laater I dropped my keys and when i bent over to pick them up I saw that my tires and hubcaps had been polished! WOW! Hadn't expectred that kind of service. Thanks so much!

I dealt primarily with Justice, the office manager, and she was courteous, professional, and friendly. She addressed all of my concerns and kept me up-to-date on the service to my car. My car was ready on schedule and was shiny and clean. I would definitely go back to Justice again.

Louise has been a pleasure to work with along with the various staff that has performed the estimates on my cars. Hopefully, I will never need a reason to return to Gerber's (no more accidents please!) but in the unlikely event I have a car that needs repair work done; I will not hesitate to bring my business back to Gerber in Englewood, CO. I brought my daughter's car in for Leslie to give me an estimate. She suggested that I just leave it with her and she would get me an estimate the next day and start work on it. She did exactly as she promised. From beginning to end Leslie was very professional and friendly, and the updates she kept as promised. I had no worries while my car was there under her care. Thank you Leslie once again!

I can not believe how attentive Jerry was during the repair of my vehicle! He called after the completion of each step of the repair process. This was very nice so I wasn't wondering when I would get my car back and knew it was being worked on in a timely manner. Then when I picked up my car it looked brand new, well definitely better than it did pre-collision! The inside was not only vacuumed but returned to me detailed! Above and beyond what I expected, is the only way I can describe my experience with Gerber - Loveland!

We just want to take some time to Thank Gerber Collision and Glass for the Outstanding work they did for us on our Chevy Cobalt last November and recently again n February. The Work and the Service was Outstanding. James the shop Manager was so helpful and kept us informed at all times. James also took care of us even we had trouble with our car 3 months later. His Customer Service and the work Gerber did to get our car was Excellant! We are very thankful to have done business with James and all the staff at Gerber Collision in Greeley Colorado. We would recommend Gerber for sure. A huge Thank You to James and all the staff at Gerber Collition & Glass in Greeley!
