Gerber's John A. provided the estimate for my vehicles rear bumper. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and provided me with all the information on what I could expect through the repair process. The lady at the desk (sorry I did not get her name) set-up my rental car and assured all my question were answered. My car was completed in a very short period of time and the work was very well done. The paint matched the vehicle which can be difficult when painting a bumper. In addition, I'm hard of hearing and everyone I dealt with at Gerber was very patient when having to repeat themselves. Great jobs everyone, the five stars is well deserved.

First off, I was impressed by how fast I was able to get in for an estimate. To add to it, I was in for repairs within the week after I agreed to the awesome price Jason quoted me. The text message updates were fantastic and kept me in the know for the short amount of time it took to fix. The work I requested was more than what I expected. They really did a fantastic job. The color matching was on point and the team did a great job of addressing problems that a previous body shop left behind. When I saw my car, I couldn't help but say wow. It was very exciting for me as that car means a lot to me. I have already recommended your facility to friends and family and will keep your company in mind if the need ever arises.
