Louise and Tom (I think that's his name--the guy that called me every Tues and Thurs with a status of my vehicle) were amazing. My accident was unfortunate and not my fault, but if I had to deal with someone regarding the damage to my car, I'm glad it was Louise and Tom. They responded as quickly as possible and with a professional and friendly attitude.

I was a big dumb and snagged some black ice one morning, slowly hit a curb at a horribly wrong angle, and ripped the front right half of my bumper off on top of numerous other repairs. From the start Gerber Collision executed perfect customer service and handed me a brand new-looking Celica in just over a week. The man in charge of my case, Bryan, kept me up to date every couple of days with emails explaining my bumper was a particularly special make therefore had to go through 3 different ones, and had later called me and texted the expected times my car would be completed. The work done on my Celica is unreal, like nothing ever happened. I greatly appreciate everything this company has done. I don't usually post reviews, but I highly respect this company and I want them to succeed in many future endeavors.

I was stranded after the mishap and Rick S. went the extra mile and got me rolling probably ahead of other customers. I was back on the road within 48 hours! And the truck had been cleaned! These people are terrific. They finished my car one day early. When I picked up my car, it was clean and shining, the wor was done beautifully. Everything matchd, the color was perfect, and all the work as well done. The big plus to good workmanship, was the very nice people who I worked with....from the person who answered the phone, to the repair person, the estimator, the pleasant environment in the waiting room. These people are really wonderful.

Justina (Justice) will do whatever she can to provide exceptional service while at the same time reassuring you of the steps along the way and CLEARLY identifying any of the issues/questions you might have. Although this shop had a particularly busy schedule at the time of my appointment Justice always made time to address concerns and notify me of the next steps. I would recommend this shop to anyone who was in need of collision repair.
