Jake S. and his team at the Gerber on Colorado Boulevard are true professionals. My vehicle was brought into them after an accident, and was unable to be repaired. Even though they could not fix the car, their customer service was first rate, and dealing with them was a breeze. They helped me find a salvage buyer for my vehicle, and made a difficult situation much easier. I will definitely use them for any auto glass or auto body repairs I may need in the future. Thank you for putting together such a great team of people.

Doug T and Auto Team 1 were amazing. Doug searched long and hard for difficult to find parts for our 2000 Range Rover. He came through for us and despite all of those difficulties and delays, Auto Team 1 still completed the repair on the original schedule. Our Rover looks great!! As much as we hope we don't need accident repairs in the future, we would not hesitate to return to Gerber and we will be certain to ask for Doug again. Thank you!!!!

This shop has the best service. It was so easy to get handled and they were so professional. Justice really handled everything for me and she was stupendous - took care of everything and was very professional and responsive.

My recent visit to Gerber blew me away. I had two other cars repaired there in the past. In general I rated my experiences as good. However this last visit turned out to be far superior to my previous ones. The new manager, Earl, has taken a good operation and made it excellent. His enthusiasm, attention to detail, customer service are outstanding. The customer service before, during, and after the repair is the best I have seen. Paperwork and Insurance claims were handled seamlessly. When I picked up the car after repairs were completed the car had been detailed inside and out. A nice extra I had never received before. The quality of the repair work performed was first rate. Rob and Johnny had even fixed some little dings that were not involved in the accident and not covered by insurance. I offered to pay for the "above and ... beyond" service, but was told no charge. My auto looks like it just came off the new car lot. I've been on the planet 68 years and have only had one other auto body repair experience. That incident, like this one, was not my fault, and dealing with someone else's insurance company and repair company was something I hoped I would never have to do again as long as I lived. Working with Gerber Collision in Pueblo West, CO., was a wonderful experience. They are extremely organized and meet every scheduled commitment on time or sooner. Everyone was very personable, and the workmanship was excellent.
