Gerber was exceptionally professional and responsive on scheduling, explaining the insured-repair process, and in facilitating the entire processes. I expected much more hassle. There was none. The staff (front office and back) was friendly and helpful and the work excellent. I highly recommend Gerber and the Colorado Blvd. location in particular.

These guys are GREAT! We had some major hail damage to our car, and Earl was fabulous, friendly, and easy to approach when he did the estimate. I appreciated the phone calls and text messages to update me on the progress of the repairs, and both Chris and Earl were super-nice and willing to go above and beyond to help. If I had any complaint, it would be that the date it was to be finished got pushed back a few times, but I know it was to make sure everything was just right. The car looked GREAT when it was all done. Thank you for such great service!

Hit a curb with my 2013 Pathfinder and damaged the L/F rim. Worked with Doug Timmons who wrote up the estimate and worked out the details with Safeco. The whole process was painless. Doug kept me posted for when the new rim came in, arranged all work to be done, and while I waited for my car he kept me posted every 20-30 minutes on the progress. Very friendly and helpful. I will recommend Gerber to others.

Louise is a very efficient front desk person. She knows her job and she does it well. Jason called twice to let me know the status of my car. He was also the one who gave me the estimate. I felt like Ferber runs a tight ship and they do what they said they would do very well and on time.

The staff at the longmont location is excellent! Dan, and Nikki in particular are professional, and courteous. There was a delay with the repair that was beyond their control, and without any hesitation they arranged a rental car, and kept me on the road. The customer service is second to none, they go above and beyond any expectations. The repair quality is more than exceptional. I will only use, or recommend Gerber for any future auto body or glass repair. Thanks for everything!!!
