From the moment I walked in the front door and was cheerfully greeted by Tracy until I left with a full explanation of what had been completed by Terrah, I knew my repair was in good hands. I received regular texts and phone calls from your excellent team. My car looks beautiful and it was ready 9 days before my expected completion date. In fact it was completed more quickly than I can get a car detailed in Indiana. I didn't want my wife to know about my stupidity in wrecking it and your low cost allowed me to pay it out of pocket and Sherlock Holmes would not be able to detect a repair. Thank You Gerber I will send any and all persons I know to your company. (I learned my lesson and won't need to return unless someone hits me or mother nature causes damage.

Great service. The receptionist and technician I dealt with were very friendly and efficient. The work they did on our car was excellent. The waiting area was comfortable with complimentary hot and cold drinks. I will definitely recommend their company to my friends.

Jeff and team were absolutely fabulous. I received calls with updates on the status of my car throughout the 7 day timetable. Dropping my car off took no time at all because they made sure the rental company was there before my appointment. When I picked up my car they had done amazing work on the collision area as well as extra detailing for free all around my car to fix small scratches and dings to make it look flawless! I will be telling all my friends and family to go here.

Everyone was so polite and helpful. Especially justice. I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and I was blown away by my experience with this location of your company. I would give them all a raise if the are eligible for one. I will recommend this location to anyone who needs a body shop.

They estimated completion this Friday but had my car ready early and I was delighted. They also cleaned the car really well and Louise (she's amazing) went over all the directions on what I need to do to maintain the paint etc. The car looks terrific and I'm more than pleased with the results. I also had status updates by Jason 2X a week which helped me feel like work was being done.

My experience at Gerber was great! I got my front and rear bumpers repainted along with my spoiler due to an aging paint job and it looks beautiful. They estimated it would take 7 business days, but it ended up only taking 3 days which helped since I was paying out of pocket for the job and had rented a car. Jeff called me with a status update and was available anytime I had questions. Overall, it was an awesome experience.

The phrase, "Outstanding from start to finish," best describes my experience working with Gerber Collision and Glass. After the decision was made to utilize their services, even prior to dropping off my vehicle, through vehicle pick-up, the customer service was unmatched with any business I've associated with in the past 20 years! From the phone call prior to dropping my vehicle off, through regular progress updates, interrelations between the insurance companies involved and rental car agencies, the staff at Gerber Collision and Glass (especially Doug) truly made me feel like a V.I.P. Upon completion, my truck looked even better than it had before the collision. I'll definitely take all my future auto body business back to them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
